      This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. I dont understand why **** contracts with them , Have spent many frustrating hours on the phone. Very seldom get it right. Is there no oversight? Wouldnt use them if my insurance didnt require it.

      Express Script is a SCAM. Do not do Business with them. They care Absolutely nothing about patients. This is a RIP OFF and should be closed down. They Lie to you and make promises and they have NO INTENTIONS of filling your prescriptions. They LIE on your **************** They give you no update on your Medication. By the time they fill a Prescription, you will be SICK because you haven't taken your Medication. NO Company should require Employees to pay for this Insurance. No Employees should have to do Business with these people. Run, Hide, Duck. Do not Trust them with your Medication for Home Delivery. The ****************** need to Investigate this Company. Do Not allow your Elderly Parents or Loved Ones to get involved with this Company. This is a Shame before God.

      Something seems to have gone terribly wrong at Express Scripts. I feel terribly for their phone agents - (today - they were excellent - it's their scripts that are broken, not the phone agents!) these employees are having to spend the ***le day apologizing for how long every little bit of information-gathering and sharing takes.Within Express Scripts, the terribly tedious phone tree, which initially took my info as a Doctor *** is the prescriber of an e-Prescribed medication led me into the inappropriate channel where I was repeatedly told to enter my member info, which is not something I have, as I'm a prescriber not a member and I'd already TOLD the phone-tree that!This one time, today, I have an extra moment to register my concern that there is an egregious problem with this pharmacy!1. the broken phone tree 2. the employees *** cannot transfer me with the 9 minutes of info they collected only to realize that they're restricted from working on a client 3. the dispensing side of the Express Scripts agents, *** had instructions to tell me it takes 24 hours for the e-prescribed script to get to them, and didn't know anything about when the medication I prescribed was last dispensed, and were unable to tell me anything about the e-script I'd send (at that point, 20 minutes prior- for every retail pharmacy, these e-scripts populate very rapidly, I've never had one take 20 minutes).4. how various parts of Express Scripts and whatever pharmacy benefits management any given plan has engaged are not communicating so it takes >10 minutes for them to gather details about the medication and then that information proves to be incorrect based on the fact that the medication was covered less than 3 months ago?To summarize, they've lost the scripts, or the scripts are broken, and everyone is suffering! Please fix yourself, get a new system, fire the leadership not the workers. NO one has 35 minutes to be on the phone about such a simple question.

      Horrible. Its been a month and I still don't have my medication. Every time my *** answers one of their questions they come back with another question. They will call me with a question for the ******** The customer service **** do nothing to help. They take all the information and then do absolutely nothing, no follow up at all.

      If zero were an option I would be selecting it. This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Their customer service people are very kind, but they have no power to fix the deep seated issues this organization has. Im now over a week late on my medication that ***** wont let me fill anywhere else, and am currently going through an approval process for a medication that I ALREADY TAKE for the third time in two weeks. Again, I am already approved for this medication, as I am actively taking it. I am in h*** and they are completely incompetent. Even the pharmacist at my doctors office has seen a decline in their ability to support patients. I have had enough.

      After you place an order, medications sit for over a week at the "shipping partner facility" waiting to be taken to ****, and in the meantime you run out. The website looks like it was designed in 2001 and has almost zero functionality. Apparently can't communicate with doctors' offices, either, as they're telling me my doctor hasn't sent a prescription I know he has sent. Not entirely sure how this place is legally functioning as a healthcare business.

      This company is the worse, zero communication, Ive been waiting 3 months for *******, my doctor even had to call them multiple times and send the prescriptions in, and yet they still seem to not be able to fill and send the medication. Everytime I call them I get a different excuse as to why they wont send the medication., or why they need more information. My insurance had already approved the medication and yet there is still an issue. I dont understand how this company hasnt been sued and shut down.i feel like they are giving me a hard time so they dont need to fill the medication due to its cost. If you have any other choice, choose the later and avoid this god forsaken pharmacy. For the course of three months they have not once made contact with me and provided an update. Ive never been so disgusted with the customer service of a company before. You get better service at a **** ********* than this place. If I had the ability to give 0 stars I would. This company is the worst, your better off spending full price on medication at ********* or CVS, youll at least get your medication.

      Pros: **** have pleasant phone manners.Cons: Manners don't fix this useless, flaming garbage scow of a broken customer service system, app, and company.Have fun making 6-10 phone contacts (including navigating 9 circles of customer service h*** just trying to get past the autoattendant) to get your prescription fillled while they ***eatedly pause or cancel your refill for spurious reasons Here's my experience so far:3 months ago - 1st order cancelled... no reason given. Phone *** says it's because your spouse has a balance due, although they can't show you this in the app due to HIPPA.... but can tell you how much the "other party" owes and take your card # over the phone.Meanwhile, you spent 3 days phoning 20 local pharmacies to find in stock and pay 10x for brand ********* refill, 90 days later: Three days after the fill date - the date you ran out - you finally get a notice they just started filling it. So plan to go without for an extra two weeks while they process it. *** says you should have called 2 weeks ago and reminded them to start filling it earlier so you could receive it on time. Even though your doctor sent it in a month prior... you can't expect Express Scripts to plan ahead to fill prescriptions on time, silly goose+A few days later - refill on hold, you need to p***ay. And you can't do that in the app because your balance is $0... they haven't shipped your meds yet. 4 days later: Order (finally) processing! It'll ship it soon. Then you'll get it in 5-10 business days. 3 days later: Order cancelled - out of stock. Call customer service, again. Good news - the medication is in, and should be back in stock by Friday. Just four days from now! 2 weeks after they should have had it on your doorstep. 1.5 weeks after you p***aid for it. They will totally, definitely get it in the mail... soon. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have some free expedited shipping... whenever we get around to shipping it.Express Scripts: You ****.

      DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They are terrible at communicating. Terrible at providing the customer with accurate information. Unfortunately, this is the only specialty pharmacy my insurance will approve and I have no idea why an insurance company would even consider working with them. Im shocked that they are still in business.

      I ordered my insulin through them and it has taken 18 phone calls and I was told twice that it had shipped and still have not received my insulin. I had to order one vial from a local pharmacy and pay much more for one vial and that is about gone. Just told today that it was shipping today and still no notification that it has shipped! I am dropping this pharmacy for all prescriptions. I was lied to by all 18 people that I talked to about this issue
