      Horrible customer service. Lost prescriptions, lost doctors orders, nobody knows where to send prescriptions. One day they say they have it and the next they say they have never received it. Working to get my son an infusion for over a month. Wife has spent 20 hours on the phone with these people. Should be put out of buisness. Do not use them!!

      Express Scripts has unlawfully held my med I have been using for 20 years. Despite my calls and requests, no one followed up with me. As an American with a disability who is covered under the Federal Law, American With Disabilities Act, they knowingly violated my civil rights. Not the first time, either.

      Worst ******** services ever, Bcbs of ******* forced me to use them .Its been over 2 month now i never got my specialty medication.I call BCbs this accredo pharmacy is my only choice .They dont know what they are doing ,They dont care about patients health .All they care about is money.Shame on you . Worst plan and pharmacy ever

      I don't know why my job has to use express scripts they tell us what pharmacy we can or cannot use. Such a shameful company today my wife needed her diabetic shots she gets every 2 months and they said since we don't do the every 3 months then she'll have to pay a penalty and it would cost $276 that we don't have which usually is $50 so now we can't afford and she will probably be in the hospital by Monday because her sugar or whatever will go up over 409 without these shots. I pay for medical insurance through my work I don't need this company telling me what pharmacy to use its my insurance it's not like their paying for insurance such a scam.

      Repeated -- I mean repeated, like time and again -- problems getting prescriptions, especially for ophthalmic drops, renewed and delivered on time. ******** care people are nice enough, but no solution they offer ever seems to be fulfilled as promised. That requires more followup calls, and when their colleagues refer to the notes, the notes seem hard to navigate. The company is too fragmented, with too many phone numbers, and its automated phone and web portal interfaces aren't great for self-help. So annoying. Such a waste if my time, my pharmacy's and my doctor's. ********* my eye health is compromised. I'm stuck with them through UMR employer plan.

      I have to agree with the previously posted one star reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. It has taken almost 60 days and I have yet to have a simple request filled. I have to keep calling as they provide no notification of issues which are a result of their own incompetence. Completely horrible and unacceptable service. If you are not forced to use AVOID!

      I paid off old account but Express Scripts credited my new account with.my new husband. Then they sent me to collections. They have refused to correct their mistake and have been completely rude. It's bad enough that they are horrible to work with trying to get medication in a timely manner and force the use of the mail order system but to cause bad credit reporting on top of it causes more migraines.

      This company is the most inane, incompetent medical nightmare I've ever had to deal with, and I've had to fight worker's comp to get what my doctor wanted in the past!! I got the surprise that I could only refill at the pharmacy a certain number of times when I was charged for birth control. I spent AN HOUR AND A HALF in my car on the phone with their reps trying to get it cleared up, and I was shoehorned into putting everything on home delivery. Now my migraine meds need prior authorization (when I still had multipme refills left, and it's the one thing that works), they haven't listed my epipen despite me ordering it, and listed my anxiety and birth control meds TWICE despite me telling them that I only need ONE of each. **************** is wildly unhelpful; I feel like I'm being gaslit. I've been handling my own meds since age 18 and I have NEVER had such a hard time, even with workers comp or ACA coverage.

      Express Scripts stopped approving my necessary medicine and is taking over delivery of my medication. Only problem is that I have finished my last precription days ago and delivery of this medicine is not scheduled for another 8 days. I am having great physical difficulty with any possible relief 8 days away. This medication is costly and so they have stopped CVS from filling my medicine completely. This just goes to show how little Express Scripts cares about their customers. Every opportunity they have had they hold my medication and I have not been able to get an actual person on the phone. I am filing a complaint with any one who will listen. Next stop, my ******* ******** *******.

      This company is terrible. I am in healthcare and a patient. They are terrible on both ends. The last prescription had my maiden name on it (I have not even used that name in 12 years!?) In addition, I am enrolled in co-pay assistance (x 5 years now) and they all of the sudden "lost" the information that has been in the system for over 5 years. Now, I am stuck spending > 1 hour on hold trying to correct THEIR mistakes. However, due to my insurance, I have no choice but to suffer through their incompetence.
