My loan was transferred to them in December. I had already made my December payment, which they can see. However, they are now not counting that as a payment and are asking for ANOTHER December payment and if not, I’ll have a past due. I don’t understand how they can do this! I asked for something in writing and they also refused that.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Marcus/Goldman Sachs transferred my consolidation loan to this company after 12/9. I typically make split payments on my loan as this is how I have my budget delegated. I made my first $300 payment on 12/8, after that Marcus was shifting the loan to SST. Since then, I have made over 4 phone calls to this company trying to figure out why I am getting repeated texts saying I owe the full $606 to my monthly payment. The first phone call, the representative told me that she seen my first payment went through and that all I owed was the remaining $306. The second phone call was to state that I paid my remaining monthly balance on 12/21, but I didn’t see it hit my account as of 12/26. The 2nd representative told me that she didn’t see the payment go through. With it not hitting my account, I made a payment again. Mind you, their account website is something from 1992. The third call was made on 12/27, wondering why I received another text saying that I owe $606 again. Only to be told by the representative that they had “ISSUES” with my loan when it transferred over from Marcus, and that they only thing they have been told to do.. is tell people to make the full payment again?!! Who the hell budgets an extra $300 payment a month, especially during this time of year?!? You’re telling me that I have to make a $900 payment on a $600 loan because your system is at fault? I’ve only had this company servicing my loan for 3 weeks and this has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Stay away from this company and if you’re in my shoes, head to someone else to get your loan serviced.

SST PO Box 3999 St. Joseph, MO 64503-0999 Good afternoon, My loan was transferred to SST from Marcus by Goldman Sachs. I have received several calls from your company indicating that my account is past due and it is not. I have spoken with your company and have been unable to get this issue resolved. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau with lending/payment discrepancies and contacting the three credit bureaus. I am unable to make contact with anyone from Marcus by Goldman as I am desperate to speak with someone. Currently, my loan was sold to a company called SST. My monthly payment to Marcus is 746.40. I’ve NEVER been late and paid Marcus 400.00 twice a month, $800 which is $53.60 over. I made a payment to Marcus December 4, 2023. The letter sent out by Marcus and SST stated any payments after the 9th would need to be paid to SST. I paid SST $400 on December 13th. When they began calling me, they did acknowledge my Dec. 4th payment to Marcus and the Dec. 13th payment to SST. NOW SST is stating that I still owe them 346.40 because the $400 I paid to Marcus on Dec. 4th went towards the principle balance. This was NEVER disclosed in the transfer notification. SST is stating my account is now past due!! I will have paid $1,146.40 for this December payment. I pride myself on my prompt payments on all my accounts and cannot afford this additional money especially after Christmas. This is a completely unfair lending practice. I have been unable to contact Marcus as all inquiries automatically go to routing me to the SST number and website. SST is saying to contact Marcus. I need someone to contact me immediately to get this issue resolved. Marcella Cc: Better Business Bureau Draper UT Cc: Better Business Bureau

I was notified on Dec. 11 that my account was sold to SST. My original loan as all my bills are set up on automatic payments...I have not made a payment with this company as it is not due till the 5th of every month. I have not been able whatsoever to get access to my account. Thier website does not come up,I have tried it on numerous devices from home and work. I've spoken numerous times with customer service and they all advise not a problem with their website. I am very concerned after reading comments and already having issues with accessing my account what I have to look forward too! Why has no one looked into this company?

They overcharged me during one of my payments and when I asked for my $10 refunded to me, they gave it, but mysteriously misapplied or lost another $95 telling me I was past due. You send them legal documents such as a bank statement clearly explaining how they didn't refund me anything but the $10 they tell you you're wrong and you ow it. It took WEEKS for them to figure it out and even then nobody will talk to me or call me back. It's disgusting. This company needs to be closed for good and shame on SeedFi for using them for anything. I hate this company and regret every single day signing up for this loan. And now I'm reading about when I may actually rec'v the payoff amount and figure I won't hold my breath. I will definitely be hiring an attorney and file law suits if they jerk me around anymore. Guess what their response will be?????? ----> "For your protection, Systems & Services Technologies, **** does not discuss individual account information online. SST credit card and the billing process is horrible. Several times I made a payment and it will be anywhere from 12 days to two weeks before it ever post. I am paying this card off and would never ever do business with this company again. My payment was deducted from my checking account on Dec 1st and it is not Dec 13th and it is still not posted and this isn't the first time this has happened. One payment of $200 never posted I had no idea where the payment was but it had been deduct from my checking account. I called SST and they were rude and suggested I get a hold of my bank and I did that and the bank said they would stop payment without charging me for it. I think eventually it showed up at SST. But SST made my card inactive (whichI was going cancel anyways) and I think they gave me a negative on my credit rating.

If I could give negative stars I would. I acknowledge that I owe them a balance, but calling me up to 5 OR 6 TIMES A DAY is harrassment.

DONT do it!! They want you to pay on time and report negatively on your credit report, but they dont honor their contract! They take 15 business days to return your money after payoff, which is actually 30 days!Find another way! They sell from SeedaFi to SST and its just a living hell!Im still waiting for my $2256 and I paid off 13 months early I only gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me post otherwise. Its NOT worth what they say they will do to help your credit! They dont!!!!!!!!!!!

This financial company constantly lies about the amount of time it will take to release funds to users. In multiple steps in the fund release process, the website asks users to "wait up to __ days for your funds to be released" but if you call customer service, whatever number of days listed there is their absolute minimum and it will always take longer than they state on the website. They are absolutely predatory in every step of their process and you should avoid getting involved with them if at all possible. Frankly, they should be shut down by the US government because their dishonesty related to financial matters is extremely questionable and illegal behavior.

Please please if your currently in any type of contract with this business do everything you can to either pay it off asap or request that your loan be handled by a different servicing company, my loan which was originally through SeedFI had a contractual agreement to release my savings within 5 business days of the loans payoff, but now that SST has it they have changed the terms of the loan without my prior approval, there new terms are that after the loan is paid off you we be able to request your funds after 15 business days and then you will wait an additional 3 to 7 business days for the transfer, but in my case I over paid buy $2.09 so they say they cant release the $2300 until the $2.09 paper check has. Even mailed and cashedits now day 14 since the pay off and they still havent processed the overpayment refund so who knows when the savings will be released, made several phone calls but you know the usual run aroundIm just putting this out there because this is one of those companies that are run so shady, they probably wont be around much longer, and I wouldnt wont my money tied up with them when this happens
