This company is rotten. We were told wed get a package deal with *** internet and *** for a monthly rate of $129. Contracts were created and signed by my husbands first name only on the *** contract and the *** contract was his name printed. This was a total Bait and switch we tried to get the *** contract cancelled but **** at Safe Haven wont return calls or emails. Now they say we have to pay 75% of the contract. We have sent our complaint to the ******** *************************Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

This company is horrible. This should tell much of BBB as they protect these fraudulent companies and continue to give them high ratings for them to continue to pay them. This company is the worst decision that we have made as they offer no quality bad service and bad products without support. They lied about the installation, the installation itself was really bad, and do not stand behind their product. Their cameras dont work, they dont answer the calls as promised by their representative, even their area manager and will only respond if you pay them. Dont do business with these people. You may even want to stay away from ADT as well.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Have been trying to get ahold of this company and reestablish service for 4 months with no answer or call back. Today I get a letter in the mail saying they are taking me to court for non payment. Ridiculous company stay away. They are not ADT as they they are when selling their service. I called ADT themselves and verified.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Well I wish I could give -5 start to this scammers. I recently bought a house and ADT sales man showed up on my door and he said didn't they tell you during your closing I was gonna come and started to talk about crime rates in this area, how much money I can save if get home monitoring system for home insurance(he said $400-500 insurance saving) and anyway I wanted to get remote plan for $60 a month, then while their Safe Haven Technician at my home for installation he said if I get sensors for all the windows and doors at first level of the house and carbon monoxide and central fire alarm system I will get couple hundred bucks extra discount and I paid $2100+ for those extra equipments, so as soon as he finished the installation I called my insurance company and explained them what we got installed the house they said I can only get $29 yearly discount for everything. So I called ADT and Safe Haven to get remove those extra equipments and get refund for my $2100, they sent same technician again I told him want happened with insurance company, he said insurance companies do that, they don't want to give you discount instead of calling them I should sent to them this link https://www.insurance.com/homeowners-insurance-discounts.html and tell them apply those % from that link which I exactly did and I asked him Am I a still able to get my refund after if nothing change with the insurance discount, He said yes of course and insurance company gave me same exactly $29 discount again via email.. so I called to Safe Haven last week again they said technician gonna keep in touch with me regarding this issue I haven't heard back anything for a week, then I called them again this morning to get updates they said we can't refund your money because you decided to keep the equipments. I don't know how you can build your business on scams and lies like this but I will probably take this the court if they don't give me a solutionSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

DO NOT USE SAFE HAVEN! This company is awful. Came recommended through our realtor office when we bought our house. Our doorbell camera doesnt work. I get no notifications when someone comes to the door or if the cameras pick something up. No return calls, no help from ADT yet paying ***** a month for the next three years.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Signed up with Safe Haven. Big mistake. Have system errors, missing equipment and system faults. Never worked properly since day one. Was informed the contract would only start once system worked properly. Still being charged. Tried to cancel but told there will be a cancellation fee of 75%!!! Absolute rip off. No customer support, no tech support! Awful company. Evil, deceptive fraudulent company. Stay away. A very bad experience and they will s**** over in a second and hide behind the ********************** It is not worth the frustration and the expense. Rep pulled behind my car, last night in the dark, while I had my car running trying to back out, claiming he was a Relocation Manager. Finally got out of his truck and stated that I had forgot to sign documents at closing, acknowledging that my insurance company had prepaid the ***** installation charge and he would be fined if he didn't make contact with me. He then proceeded to state I was never home and he had been trying for weeks to catch me. This obviously was a lie for I have two adults at my house all day. We also all know that no company pays for any costs at closing unless you heavily negotiate it. Today, I have contacted all parties involved at my closing and they all state these are false claims. I began to brush him off and question him and I believe at this point he realized I was not falling for the scam and told me to just call him and he would explain - he handed me a flyer with his name printed on the bottom saying Safe Haven Security New Homeowners Program. To say the least, this was frightening for my young daughter to have a man pull up, in the dark, questioning me, stating I neglected to sign papers at closing and trying to scam me in front of her. He also did not show ID and came off so sketchy. As we pulled out of my neighborhood he was looking for yet another house and driving very slow in front of my neighbors a few streets over. I hope others will read this. I worry for elderly/**** homeowners who will fall for this con. Please read other reviews as well and the nightmare continues apparently if you do get swindled into signing up. BE AWARE!! Hopefully one day, someone will hold this company accountable.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Incredible experience from day 1. My account representative ******* was/is so incredibly kind. She explained everything to me about what to expect. Ive never had any issues getting a hold of her.scheduling/confirming appointments couldnt be easier. She is amazing. I have had 3 tech visits because my wifi network changed and I needed assistance getting everything back online. The techs were amazing! ***** and ********** were both friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They called 30 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. The services and equipment work as expected. I mean, I have zero complaints. Keep up the good work!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Wow no wonder , am seeing these reviews here!! I had same experience. I called them up in 3 days and cancelled the contract. The agent said the contract was void but still the contract was active. They are taking money out of my account. They are holding me liable for 36 months. I guess they dont have customers and they follow fraudulent sales practices to get customers locked for 36 months. Though I cancelled within 3 days, they want to lie around and hide that fact and still charge meSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

Run for the hills. I called to get this service cancelled . The lady I spoke with told me I would no longer have access to the service it was canceled. I asked her for the early termination payout which she provided. Im thinking the service is canceled but theyre still going in my account taking money. Called again got the run around until i finally was able to speak with someone she stated the didnt cancel the service. I said thats not what the lady told me. Stated the only way to cancel the service is for me to pay her the termination fee first. I have never heard of anything like that and thats certainly not what the lady told me. I no longer want the service so I will be going to my bank to show them the document of how I canceled and theyre still taking funds out.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC
