    I was told I was able to cancel, but had to talk to a manager. However, they could not get me in touch with a manager, one had to call me back. Four times, with no calls back.Then they cancelled me without my knowledge and turned the debt I didn't know I even had over to a collection agency. When I finally got to talk to someone, it turned out that I had spoken to two managers who told me "a manager will have to call you back."Not "there's nothing they can do." And there is a hit on my credit.This company is dishonest.

    The worst customer service Ive ever experienced period. Once they got my money, I couldnt get in touch with them and when I did get in touch with them regarding faulty equipment they wanted to ***** me for more cash even though the equipment is supposed to be guaranteed. H*** of a way to treat a service connected disabled veteran.

    I have tried to cancel my services the next day they came to install MY equipment that is included in my brand new house, but nobody pick up my calls however I mailed my notice of cancellation within 3 business days. They offered me a $500 voucher if I get its monitoring services for 49,99 a month. As a a new homeowner I was confused about the offer but I thought it is okay since my safety is a priority. First the installation of the equipment needed internet services but as I just move in, internet wasnt installed. This business didnt care. As a result, the installation was partial complete. I still dont have my secret code activated. When I wanted to use my voucher to buy cameras, they said that it is okay, but the monthly service increases to 59,99. Besides i have to stick to a 3 year contract?? Why if equipment is mine. This is insane, I didnt use the voucher and decided to cancelled the service the next day. As nobody replied when I called or emailed, I decided to pay $40 for overnight mail service so they could receive the notice of cancellation before deadline so no penalty is applied. However 2 days back received a customer service call asking me how my service is going? When I explained my situation she transferred my call to cancellation department and again I waited forever and nobody picked up. This is a scam, I dont owe nothing, the equipment is mine because I bought a *************** brand new house and those equipments are included in my mortgage. Please I cannot afford this service. Please need it to be cancelled. Thanks

    Very poor after the sale customer service! Once the contract goes to *** Safe Haven is of ZERO help. Although Safe Haven installed the system, they wouldn't even answer a simple question to the *** tech that came out. Once your 90 days is up and it goes to ***, Safe Haven blows you off.

    Aggressive sales people from Safe Haven convinced me to install ADT security system. On the same day after installation, I called to cancel my account. I wanted out, but could not get anyone to answer my call. On the 4th day an assistant manager returned my call and said that I could not get out of the contract for the next 24 months! He told me that I should have cancelled within 3 days of signing the contract, which I did, but there was no one to answer my call! My job status has changed and I can no longer afford to pay $65 per month for the next 24 months, but ADT won't budge, so now I will have to take them to Small Claims court.I've called ADT several times to discuss this issue and they are extremely rude to the point of hanging the phone on me. Stay out away from this company and its affiliate, Safe Haven.

    This business is ridiculous. The manager stopped by and I let him say his piece about the system. I was interested and let him quote me. Once he came inside he let himself look around the house without permission. The thing that got me was when he saw mail from ADT sitting on my counter and opened it. I was in disbelief. I also had an appointment that I made him aware of and he still would not leave, causing me to be late. He refused to give me any of his contact information afterward. I have been trying to call for 2 days and theyll it goes straight to voicemail.

    Biggest nightmare I have had. Safe Haven is a third party and will **** up the prices on you, by the way.I had a house fire in Dec 2021. My equipment was destroyed. I was out of my home for 7 months while my home was remodeled. I called ADT to let them know. I continued to get charged my monthly rate while my equipment was damaged and I wasn't even living in my house?? I had to block the charges from my bank for the time being. This was after wasting hours on the phone with idiots.Also there's a 3 year contract that NO ONE mentions. I am currently waiting on my ignorant local rep to call me back so we can get this messed straightened out. I recently read if you are unhappy still and your equipment is having issues (Uh - damaged from a fire??) then you can cancel and still get a full refund. Good thing I have countless call logs, texts and emails stating all of this headache.I just want a safe home. I have means of protecting myself but the video is nice to have. ****** learned, I will be doing much cheaper DIY from now on.

    Recently purchased a house and had two local salesman come by last night around 7pm. Which isnt a problem. The problem is they went through the backyard and let themselves in *********** to knock on our door to the living room. After walking outside to see who it was because both of the salesmen had nothing identifying themselves with safe haven nor adt. I asked them to leave three times and when they finally got the clue it would be best for them to leave one salesman stated you should be careful of who you are rude to as he walked away. After doing some research I have found out that he works for the safe haven of *********, **. To which I called the following day and the same salesman answered the phone and refused to let me speak to anyone higher than himself. So we have filed a police report with said salesman to have it in writing that he cannot come to my property. It is completely unacceptable to walk into someones dwelling unannounced and unwelcome. Especially in the times we live in now

    I think you guys could pick up the f****** phone and quit avoiding calls for cancellations! Your customer service ***** ass! I've tried calling for two days now and NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE ***** NOR WILL THEY "RETURN YOUR BUSINESS CALL WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS IF YOU LEAVE YOUR NUMBER AND NAME".... This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm a very patient person but this has went too far! I EVEN CALLED ADT DIRECTLY AND THEY TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AND COULD NOT GET ANYONE ON THE *****! NOW THAT IS SOME SERIOUS BULLSHIT! THIS ISN'T EVEN WORTHY OF ONE START BUT IN ORDER TO LEAVE A F****** REVIEW ABOUT YOUR S***** F****** SERVICE I HAVE TO LEAVE "A STAR"... F*** YOUR ONE STAR, IT'S NON-EXISTENT!

    i had services set up with safe haven and was told that if i wasnt happy that i had three days from install to cancel, which i did. with ADT and Safe haven. was contacted to have the equipment removed and was told they would be there on July 15th between 4-6. at ********************************************************* Jasper ******* about 2 hours away from me and he still had an hour worth of work on the job he was currently working, so he setup a removal for the next day. After the removal the Tech told me to contact customer service on Monday July 18, to see about the Refund. when i called Safe Haven the **************** representative told me that ADT was the one who had to issue the Refund, then turned around and tried to get me to setup security with Vivient. which i stated no thank you, but she kept persisting and started to talk over me, when i kept stating i just wanted the refund. then she hung up on me. i contacted ADT to talk to them about the situation, and they told me that Safe Haven had to issue the refund as all they did was provide the monitoring. i again contacted Safe Haven to try and resolve this by email and by phone call. this time i was sent to 3 different people before finally being hung up on again. this is very unprofessional. all i want is my money back. and to be done with this whole situation. the sales rep and the install techs were very friendly and professional. and so was the removal tech. but the customer service through Safe ********************** needs some work. i know i signed a contract but i was well in my 3 day window to cancel which i did, with a full refund. I have the emails to prove and the phone calls as i record all my calls in and out. please just remedy this and i will be done. thank you
