    Run from this place!!!!! They do not follow ADT guidelines! I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with ACTUAL ADT, when things couldn't be fixed they assured me a tech would come out at no charge. They flatly refused to even contact adt to clarify and said they will charge me $85 to fix their crappy equipment

    Was told I was being sold "most recent updated" *** security equipment. 1. Equipment never seems to work as advertised. Huge delays in "Live" and "Saved" camera feeds to the *** and ALARM apps. Camera feeds freeze or timeout when viewing from app. 2. ************** (4-5), I had to take time off of work in order to have it serviced. 3. Found out during first call to ***, that the system was *** equipment, but not serviced by them, but rather Safe Haven. This was extremely confusing as i was under the impression I was purchasing from *** directly. Come to find out, Safe Haven is a third party *** retailer who claims to sell you the most recent and updated equipment, BUT this is far from the truth. They purchase second gen *** equipment and sell to you as newest and updated. This equipment is not the newest and most updated *** equipment. This is Safe Havens newest version of *** equipment (sec gen) that Safe Haven purchases from *** to manipulate and sell as most recent and updated equipment.4. I called the sales rep prior to making 4th service call. He told me he would have the supervisor contact me, which he did, but the rep told me I had two options, 1 to have my internet company split 2g and 5g signals, or 2 purchase euroo wifi extenders x 2 at $150 a pop. Sales rep stated during call that i would be able to borrow and test before purchasing wifi extenders. Tech came, installed extenders, then requested I pay $300 plus in order to get a larger than 15 minute sample size. I explained to him, that i was promised i would be able to borrow and test for 2-3 days and NO ONE every mentioned I would have to purchase first. First of all, please explain to me how wifi extenders are suppose to help slow video uploading and connection when I'm away. So i had the internet signals split as suggested and still no improvement. 5. Bottom line, don't purchase. Even though i had to monitor myself, I had a better quality product when using ****** Home security.

    Safe haven is nothing but a ripoff!! They **** people in .its actually harassmentdont let them in your house because you will never get rid of them!Dont sign up for anything because youll be tied to them foreverADT authorized dealer but ADT isnt any better. Stay away from them both.I bought a new house and told them before they came I only what was covered by the builder, numerous times.They installer comes and keeps asking if you want all these services.if you say no they go out to the car and call their manager who then calls you to harass youthey are relentless.Dont do it!Only gave 1 star because I couldnt exit the screen without it??

    Very deceptive. They tell you your rate is locked In and my rate has gone up $10 in the last year. Sales rep will tell you that they are protecting your home appropriately but when a tech comes in he wants to upgrade you for additional cost because the sales rep didn't protect the home with all the equipment necessary to properly secure the home.

    I moved into a new home in *******, *******, on June 3, 2022. I had a new alarm system installed. On several occasions, the alarm would randomly go off at different times with no response. In the latest incident, the panel went blank, the alarm went off, and I could not deactivate because the panel was blank. I finally was able to deactivate through my phone app. I tried calling ADT with a 1 hour wait time, and after holding for 1 hour, the call was disconnected. I tried calling again the following day with a wait time of 45 minutes, after holding for 50 minutes, I was told that I needed to speak with Safe Haven .Again I had to hold another 50 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. I finally spoke with a representative by the name of *********, I was told that I could not cancel my service unless I paid the cancelation fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told that I could not speak with anyone and that she was a senior representative and could answer any questions. I repeated that I would like to speak with a supervisor, I was told that I could speak with a supervisor because she didn't feel like it was necessary. I explained to her that it wasn't about how she felt, it was about how the customer felt. She still refused to escalate the call. I asked for the number to corporate and was told that she was corporate. I found another number that said it was Safe Haven human resources and to speak with someone press 1. After pressing 1, I again had a 30 minute wait, which routed me back to customer service. This is a terrible company!!!

    Used safe haven in **************************** 2016 I changed my checking account forgot it was on autopay with adt. Ended up with a balance. Cleared it up with ADT. have been on autopay consistently since 11/16. Today Jan 2023 I get a collection letter for *******. Never received 1 letter. Bunch of crooks

    Had a sales rep come out to the house offering a package deal, which was decent.After install, some of the sensors and magnet strips would fall off due to condensation impacting the tape used. We were told to just use double sided 3M tape to just get it to stay on.During sales and install, we asked about when we were going to replace the windows and how to proceed. We were told to just remove the sensors and stick them on the new windows.Unfortunately, some of the sensors were damaged during the removal from windows. We called safe haven to replace 2 magnet strips and 2 of the sensors that were damaged during removal.We were informed that we would have to replace all of the sensors since they were now considered tampered because we had removed them and did not have their techs come out and do it. Further discussion led to the customer service rep to say it is the customers responsibility to know what is in the contract. 26 months left on contract. Cant afford the upfront 75% cost to cancel service, so stuck with broken equipment.If you want ADT, go direct. Do not use Safe Haven as an ADT dealer.

    DO NOT USE SAFE HAVEN! If you want ADT just go to them directly! It is cheaper and the customer service is better! I tried to add a third camera to my system. ADT quoted me $300 for the camera and installation but Safe Haven quoted me $450, wouldn't work with me on the price and refused to transfer me to a manager! Horrible service.

    Horrible company and experience. Terrible customer service and they screwed up my entire account. Companies like this significantly undermine the good brand of ADT. Trust me - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
