    Spoke to ******************************* from safe haven. Super unprofessional and just our right rude Was trying to explain the situation with ring bell that was install in our home about a week ago that no longer works and was trying to charge us to send come one to look at their mistake.

    Zero stars. When my dryer is running heat sensor goes off and then I get a call! Idiot positioned the smoke fire detector on wall opposite the dryer. Obviously you cant just take it off. It requires an IT tech. Any call out is 65 bucks so there you go. Oh and when alarm goes off it shuts down my AC unit. I wish I could go back in time ??DONT GET THIS GARBAGE EVER!!!

    The installation was terrible. Glass breakers were installed upside down with the batteries in backward. The technician locked me out of the admin features for my own control unit. Sensors for the master bedroom are missing altogether after being assured all entry points were covered.The saleskid, ********************* outright lied to me twice stating I would not be in a contract. "Here, Mr. ********* just check this box to authorize the work and we can get started." BAM! I'm in a 3-year contract.Now, after just 90 days, Safe Haven won't send a tech or add a sensor. They refer me to ADT...who refers me to Safe Haven and I lost three hours of my left yesterday getting bounced around between two bad companies.

    ***** person shows up unannounced with ZERO DOCUMENTATION verifying who he was. Had a badge but that's literally it. Badges can be faked realitively cheaply. The alarming thing is within the first 2 minutes of disrupting our lives he made several attempts to walk into the house to "Survey" what our needs may be. Yeah here's the tip if you don't actually schedule a company to come out to your house ANYONE THAT RANDOMLY SHOWS UP TO YOUR HOUSE should not be allowed in not in this day and age people be smart and keep your home safe.

    On February 2, 2023, *************************** and someone else in training with Safe Haven Security, ADT dealer, made a non-solicited appearance at Silver *******************************, ** on my parents. They convinced my mom (86) and my dad (87) that they needed a total home security system with an equipment cost of $4,726.27. In additional to this equipment cost, they are being assesses a monthly monitoring fee of $66.99 for a three year term. On Feb. 2, 2023, 90% of the equipment was installed and the final equipment installation was scheduled to be completed on Feb. 18. No one showed or called on this date. On Feb. 28, Zac from Safe Haven arrived to complete equipment installation and my parents denied final installation due to the monthly invoice being $66.99 when they were told $42.00. On Feb 28, the monitoring system displayed 33 false alarms. They said they have had several police visits. I contacted Safe Haven on Feb. 28 to get a copy of the Amended and Restated Alarm Services Contract. I made three calls all lasting more then 25 minutes before I finally talked to *************************, customer service ********* told me **, a manager, would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. After the 48 hours, I had to call again to get Bo to call me. I asked for his manager and he said it was customer service. What a lie!!Safe ********************** will not refund my parents the cost of the equipment nor cancel the contract due to be past 3 business day right of cancellation. My parent never received the contract. Thus, they did not know about the 3 business day right of cancellation.

    The company doesn't deserve 1 star. The company is not honest. They sell you on a security system which the representative tells you it's 100% safe. Then they have a technician show up to install the security system that you expect is going to secure your ************* 100%. At the time the technician shows up to install your system, they are REQUIRED to do a assessment of your ********** find out you are NOT SECURE!! That technician is EXPECTED & REQUIRED to upgrade your system and sell you more equipment which is more money. NO SELL MEANS NO WORK! The company has a bait and switch technique. They want their employees to LIE and say they have the same security system even though they do not!If that technician can not sell you anything they are EXPECTED to call their boss and the representative that sold you the original system. If you want to back out or decline, here comes the same song & dance, they have to call their boss and so on. They pressure you to the most excent. It is a joke. Their equipment is not the best! Everything is hard wired which means they have to drill through your home & make a hole to wire up the system!! It is not a good representation of ADT. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING DIRECTLY THROUGH ADT OR ANOTHER TYPE OF SECURITY SYSTEM.

    I personally don't have an issue with ADT, but the issue is with Safe Haven. My husband and I have only been in our house for a year and only had to use Safe Haven once. I was charged a fee for a technician that never showed. A whole phantom technician and I was charged for an invisible technician whom never showed and Safe Haven says they can't waive the fee and the customer service rep refused to let speak with a manager. I called back, waited over 20 minutes to speak with someone and was then sent to voicemail. Definitely not a fan of the company and if I could give a rating lower than 1, trust me, I would.

    We live in ****** and Safe Haven Sales reps showed up at our house looking for the former owner (since they dont know who we are) and said the same song and dance:*The previous owner had signed up for up to $2,500 of credit.*someone shouldve contacted us *we shouldve received mail *we have 24hrs to signup before we dont get free Equipment.A quick ****** of ADT Safe Haven, and a scroll down to actual articles brought me to a $125,000 FINE for misleading sales tactics in *********, for the exact statements that I wrote above. They introduced themselves as ADT, but are a third party distributor for ADT and you wont actually be with ADT, just the stickers and signs outside your home. We sat through the whole spiel, signed up, then found out they werent actually ADT, and canceled same day. The sales rep said we would save 10-20% on our homeowners insurance, even hand wrote that fact on the cost handout they have. After the face we called insurance to find out it would be $1-$3 dollars haha, AND it was going to cost MORE than our homeowners who would cover break-ins and theft anyway. We had to call the Rep that sold it to us, SAME DAY, as the Safe Haven customer line left us on hold for too long. Then their regional boss called two hours later to ask the same questions again. My husband started agreeing with them and I had to remind him to cancel. Between the two phone calls, he had to say cancel over seven times for them to cancel. If you are a new homeowner, dont answer the door

    Do not buy ADT. Im trying to figure out h how they have an A+ rating. This is really ridiculous. My equipment doesnt even work. Save your money and go somewhere else.
