THIEVES!!!! Is this company ran by the ******* I have never in my life dealt with a company that is literally stealing from their customers!!I just spoke with 2 customer service reps today! (10 over the past year and its always the same), when I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager she said I need a valid reason to escalate . Gave her multiple reasons and she flat out denied me! 2nd rep said no! Straight up no! They can not escalate calls to a manager or supervisor ? IS THIS EVEN LEGAL!?? I DONT THINK IT IS AND I WILL FIND OUT!CROOOOKED CROOOOKED CROOOOKED!This company was charging me at 2 separate homes for an awhile .. never got my exterior cameras brought over from my other home !! As I could not get them off the side of my house and they refuses to send a tech to do so! So now my home has had no exterior camera protection for over a year!!I have documented e mails of money we were supposed to get a refund in that we never received the list goes on and on !!!I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER!!!!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Safe Haven are scammers. DO NOT install your security system with them!!! I've experienced issues since I installed the security equipment with safe haven. First of all, when the technician came onsite the original date of installation on 2/25/23. He did not explain the company had a video clip limit. 2 weeks into my contract, week of 3/13/23. I noticed my clips (video capture) stopped working. I called many times and no one was able to help restore my clips. Now on 4/13/23, I experienced the same issue, which I knew would occur. I received an alert that I was 90% of my clip usage and by the end of the night. I was out of clips at 100% usage!!!!I called the manager and he said he didn't know how to help me because he did all he could. He was going to request an increase on my clips again from his manager. He was unsuccessful. On Monday, 4/17/23, I spoke to ***** from tech support and he told me the issue I was experiencing is not a technical issue but a customer service issue. He explained customer service had the authority to increase my clips. This clip limit issue is not my fault because I live in a new construction area and contractors are always around my property which causes many alerts. This ultimately causes my clips to go to 100% usage. I've spoken to ***, ******* and the customer service supervisor, ******. No one can help me. I am seeking a full refund of all my equipment and what I have paid so far. I paid over ***** for equipment and $63.00 for monitoring service. Safe haven wants to charge me 75% early term fee. This is ridiculous!! In short this company is a scam and their service is horrible!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I Could give a 0 STAR I would!!!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

RUN!!! To start out the salesman really did his job! He sold me something I barely use and could use for free. The smoke detector is always going off while we're just sitting watching TV, Not to mention I am locked into a 3yr contract that was not mentioned nor would I have agreed to. I was told i qualify for free equipment since I was a first time home owner and i would only be responsible for my monthly payments. I called customer service to cancel and they told me it would be over 1k payout. The sensor for the alarm don't work correctly which causes my alarm system to not protect my whole house. I pay over $70 a month for garbage!!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

SCAM ARTISTS!!!Showed up at my door saying that they were given my information by my realtor and we would probably want security cameras installed. After the installation, we noticed something was off. The cameras were not correctly installed and the smoke alarms were going off for no reason at all. We called to have the equipment looked at but no was ever available to come and it was always weeks before someone could come. Then, they needed an ungodly fee to come fix the equipment for a 3rd time for the same problem. DO NOT do business with the company.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Do not do business with Safe Haven! They are terrible business from the aspect of the customer as well as from an employee aspect! They are so unprofessional, they lack communication and they promote deception of customers! They want their workers to be on call 24/7 basically because due to their lack of communication and horrendous scheduling techniques they give their workers 2 hour notice to work at a location 1+ away... and if the employee has a problem with this they will fire you and gas light you by saying " we need flexible workers who are willing to go where the work is needed no matter the circumstances". They also will make you drive 2+ hours round trip without explaining to you that mileage isn't paid during training. Lastly they promote employees to sell items to customers. without telling them how many you are selling them so they think the price you give them is just for 1 item when in reality its for 4 or even more, causing the customers want for 1 to cause them to pay for 4 unbeknownst to them. - A former Employee of the safe haven ********** ** branchSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

Two sales people showed up at my door at 9:42pm trying to sell me a security system. They said if I didn't sign up right then, I would lose the $2500 credit towards a new system setup. Not only is it obvious that I have another system in place, but that is WAY too late in the evening to be knocking on someone's door!! It's not safe for the potential customer, nor for the sales people. I know other people in the area who have had the same experience recently and it feels like the company is trying to scare home owners into signing up for their security system. Horrible sales tactics. Very concerning and pushy acting, while standing outside a home, knocking and ringing for minutes. Reaching out a touching a person who is telling them no etc. Ive had 2 interactions with these sales people and want nothing to do with this company.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

The sales person doesn't tell you everything. The equipment is outrageous. They gave me $1000.00 equipment voucher. What a joke. Didn't even cover all my windows. I was still short on having my house completely safe. I paid ****** installation and then they installed. ** really wanted one window secured but went ***** over. They actually took off the alarm when I told them I didn't have the ***** because I'm on social security and could they wait and bill me. They wouldn't do it. So they ripped off the alarm and left my window unsecured. Then to my surprise 2 days later they took out of my account ***** for a payment. I was told my payment would start in April. Took all the money I had for the rest of the month. I called safe haven and now they are rude. Telling me it's not their problem call ADT. ADT only monitors and bills. Seems Safe Haven is only out to get the sale and s**** you after you sign the contract.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

If only I could give this company 0 stars I would. Worst company ever. They don't about their customer at all. All they care about is the money and not their customers. No way should this company have a high BBB rating. Took days to contact someone. Then they have no care for their customer or their product functioning properly.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC
