I dont even have a contract with this company and never will. I had a rep come to my home in the evening on Friday and tell me they were with ADT. Even after asking multiple times if they were a third party which they denied every time. Asked me if I was told someone would be coming by and as we had prior equipment from ADT from the previous homeowner I thought this may have to do with that. Tell Me they are here to let me know what I am entitled to. Entitled to based on what?? Proceeds to come in my home to check the equipment and spent nearly an hour there on a Friday evening when I was clearly not interested. Asked too many personal questions about my family and I. Told me I would have to get all new equipment and even after saying I was not interested kept going over options and asking what I wanted. Incredibly off putting and flustering experience and based on that alone I will never do business or recommend Safe Haven. Awful.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

I hate the experience I am having with adt/ safe haven. The wrong cameras were installed bc the installation guy didn't know what he was doing......i no longer have cameras on the outside of the home they are easy to fly off/steal. I was only offer to pay 600 plus an extra $90 to install thats ridiculous. Why is the quality so poor that they can be removed or fly off with so much ease. I'm angry that they only throw that they're covered on there end on the contract......so I'm expected to pay for new cameras at full price plus installation again, with the chance of it happening again ** of being made cheaply? My experience with this company has been trash. I am UNSATISFIED with ADT!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

CUT ALL MY WIRES IN THE HOME! PLEASE RUN!!! THEY DONT FINISH THE *** AND 9 SERVICE CALL AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE PAYING, WAS FORCED TO PAY 1 YEAR AND THEY CHARGED FOR 2023 AND NEVER HAVE SERVICE I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE 1 STAR AND IT SHOULD BE -5 STARSSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I will never use or recommend adt to anyone. First, our quote was completely wrong and we ended up having to pay much more than we had wanted. Our initial technician was very pushy and ended up lying to us an selling us things we didn't need and they don't work!. He then didn't have one of the sensors we "needed" and instead of offering to come back tried to ask us if we wanted a carbon monoxide sensor instead but still charged us for it. He also tried to fear ****** us, telling us that there was a lot of theft in this area, when he was from one hour away. He also asked us how much our house cost! Even worse, we kept asking about the main panel not showing power but he just made an excuse because it was part of the set up process. He was constantly getting visibly frustrated with our questions as well, very unprofessional. Well, it ended up losing power two hours after he left and had to have another technician come out to fix it. Now we are again having the same problem with the panel again. So we have essentially paid for services and equipment that did not work. Again, will never use this service or recommend.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

The salesman used deceptive sales tactics. Said that he was from ADT and when I bought my new home I should have been made aware they would be coming. Was very pushy, literally at my house for 2 hours. I tried canceling the appointment to install the equipment, the cancelation department was "unavailable". I was told I would be contacted within ***** hours. As I did my research, I saw that Safe Haven got SUED literally last year in ********* for the exact same deceptive sales tactics that were used on me. Would not recommend this business to anyone. If anyone from Safe Haven shows up at my house to set up equipment that I have clearly stated I DO NOT WANT or try to charge me for anything I will call the cops for trespassing and contact the ************************* in my state.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

*********************** reached out to us when we bought our new home and purposefully misrepresented herself as an adt employee, a company that we have historically worked with and trust. Her exact words were that she coordinates adt and made ZERO mention of safe haven whatsoever. She sent a technician to our house (*****) who did not adequately explain any terms of any contract and was subsequently fired. Their equipment is unsatisfactory to us in that we would have to drill through the house to use it, whereas with ADT corporate we were able to use other equipment that did not require that. When we explain all of this to them and that their employees were purposefully deceitful, they circle back to the fact that we signed a 3 year contract and to cancel that would cost us over $1600. Their customer service line is a sham and cost us hours of our live trying to come to a resolution. Our realtor has reached out to **** as well and she has not gotten back to him. Horrible overall experience, and we are now prepared to dispute these charges with our bank.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Poor customer service. Unethical practices. Blatant lies regarding comments made which later changed. I am not sure of the companies location and the site prohibited the display of their phone number.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Save Haven Installer came into my home fully knowing I did not want any additional products or services that wasnt already included with my recent home purchase. I made this clear with the sales associate that had first contacted me and the gentleman who contacted me to set up the appointment for **** the installer to come. I told him continuously I did not want it any additional stuff, he then he persuaded me with a 5-day trial period and a discount from my home insurance. When he installed these products, he handed me an iPad to sign on Doc-u-sign I did not see a 3-day trial anywhere nor was that mentioned by **** or the personal concierge that after the 3-day period I would be charge 75% of the total remainder of the contract. I was also charged around $90 that day for this and gave them my card information. It was also supposed to include a camera facing towards the driveway, but he did NOT have this on him and said he will return later to install it. I have no use for these products I contacted the Safe Haven on Tuesday the 20th. Mind you I thought it was 5 business days. When I contacted him on Tuesday via email that I did not want to continue using the services. **** contacted me and told me for the first time that I would be charged the 75% of the contract, I asked him how much that would be, and he then proceeded to tell me that someone would be in contact with me with the numbers of the remaining contract. A few hours later a lady contacted me with no numbers and was rude, I had told her that I am not paying, and I will be proceeding with Legal action to get out, this is unethical and deceptive as a company to go about their business such as this. I want my stuff to be uninstalled and I want to end my contract now without having to pay this amount (a total of $1312.24). I am a single mom of 2 girls under the age of 8 and I work two jobs. I work way too hard to be taken advantage of like this! They need to stop pushing this on people, no is no!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Our sales reps said it would pay for itself with the savings from our homeowners insurance. The savings was less than 5 dollars for the whole year using the services they offered. They also said that we could cancel after we paid for our installation of the system. Which is not the case without a large fee. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am disappointed with this service and how the reps were not truthful about what they were selling.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

We bought a new home with *************** and was not told about the contract they put on the houses with safe haven to have ADT installed. The Cameras and system never worked due to the bad wireless signal in our area. We paid off the $1000+ in equipment fees for cameras that dont even work.So We chose to find a new provider in the area but was originally told by ADT they would credit my account for the poor services in order to save the account. Never got my credits , cameras were never fixed , and my account continued to be charged for their services. Then I was sent over to Safe Haven to find out we had ETFs.When I found out there were ETFs we decided to keep the poor services and wait till the 36 months were up and just keep requesting an ADT tech out. Well, ADT decided to close the account even though I told several of their agent and safe haven agents through email and phone that I did not authorize account closure. I spoke with over 6 ADT agents and was even warm transferred by Safe Haven to tell them to not cancel my account . ADT will not reinstate my account because I wanted new services . I received an email on June 19 from ************************* a representative in the accounts department telling me my account has been cancelled. I requested they look into it further and she told me to call ADT. After being told my account reinstatement was rejected , I requested to speak with ****** supervisor, and she told me that they will tell me the same thing I would never recommend ADT or Safe haven. They have the worst customer service and the agents will push the issue off on anyone else just so they dont have to handle it . I dealt with this miscommunication issue for months asking them to please leave my account alone and now they expect me to pay ETFs of $1200 after buying equipment that doesnt work. All homes on my block are stuck in this horrible contract and cant use their cameras properly. Its a shame and bad business.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC
