I ordered a rifle magazine from Buds gun shop. I removed the magazine from the package to see if it was the correct one for my rifle. And it was not correct and would not fit correctly. So I emailed Buds gun shop to get a return label. But they responded by saying they didn’t take returns if the packaging is opened. I never heard of that. I feel that’s bad business practice. I will not recommend or buy any product from them again.

We are very sorry to hear that the item was unable to fit your firearm. Unfortunately, for accessory returns, we can only take returns for non-defective items if they are unopened and in their original packaging. This is stated on the "Shipping and Returns" section of our website where it states: "Accessory items that have been opened from the manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return." This rule is in place as do not inventory or sell used accessories, so we cannot resell anything once it has been opened from the original packaging.
