I have been a loyal Pink Lily shopper for quite awhile now. I am a magenta frequent shopper who has accumlated a bazillion points but they make it ridiculously hard to utilize them. What is the point? They reward you for shopping and yet you can only use them on specific, non sale items over a certain dollar value. Why? I have earned those savings and cannot use them. Shipping charges are high ~ there should be free shipping for loyal customers. The quality of the items are all over the place ~ no consistency whatsover. Forget about getting your money back if there is a problem with a purchase. This is very frustrating for me as a repeat customer. I should be valued and clearly am not. I have stopped shopping here for these reasons.

Pink Lily is my go to for clothes! Have unique clothing, shoes, accessories. Sizes for everyone. Keep an eye out for great sales. If you have to return something it is only store credit. No refunds. Best place for great styles!Pink Lily

I love the styles and products from PinkLily. I have had success ordering 90% of the time. I have had to return items to exchange sizes a few times leading to a lack of confidence in the size chart. I think this depends on how and where the product is made. Thankfully the return and exchange procedure is fairly easy.Pink Lily

Great company and values! I’ve been buying from Pink Lily for over 10 years and I will continue to support the business. My closet is basically all Pink Lily! Their product selection is fantastic and the customer service is very good. I always get compliments on my clothes when I’m wearing Pink Lily.
