      Good afternoon… So I recently have become a huge Pink Lily fan. I’ve ordered a bunch of items from them. I recently ordered two pairs of pants that were a little bit too tight. What I did was went and ordered the next size up to see which size fit better. Ended up going with the medium so wanted to return the smalls and that’s when I realized that I can only get an E gift card instead of a refund of my original payment. How disappointing! And shame on you, Pink Lily. I did not check the return policy prior to placing my multiple orders because NOBODY only offers a E gift card instead of the original payment. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL SPEND THE MONEY ON MY E GIFT CARD AND NEVER ORDER FROM PINK LILY AGAIN!!

      I ordered a bunch of pajamas and bags on Black Friday thinking if they didnt work I could always return them. I like to have extra gifts just in case, and I am just finding out they only refund with a gift card. I should have checked but I was influenced by all the cute pajamas everyone was raving about and now I see they are not a very good quality. And now to not offer a full refund I will not buy another single item from them ever. Be cautious and read the fine print I guess is the lesson. And from the reviews I see I wasnt the only one to assume they were like most retail stores. Now I have a bunch of bags and pajamas of low quality that hopefully someone gets a few good uses out of. The bags zippers are extremely cheap and one was already broke out of the bag so obviously they dont quality check items either. This is another reason to not shop small businesses out of town without knowing and doing a deep dive on their policies. Shame on me.

      Pink Lily does not refund original payment method. I was unaware of this policy. However, I know to check this before making purchases through small businesses again. I have ordered a few times in the past and have enjoyed what I ordered. This order was something that didn't fit, not washed worn, nor tags removed, no other size available as I wanted only that item, and and they still refused to refund. They continued to send a credit email. I requested that they do not send another email reminder and to donate something to someone in true need that I refuse to shop there anymore. They still continue to send emails of the credit and had the audacity to ask for a positive review. I let them know if they continue to send those emails without a refund, then it certainly will not be a positive review. So here's my review. I do not like doing this and spare it for the very worst experiences, which are very rare.

      Pink Lily offers ONLY e-gift cards instead of refunds, surely because they know their clothing quality is absolutely awful and everyone would be returning their items once they see them in person.
      My biggest complaint and warning is the website advertising is HEAVILY misleading, I purchased what I thought was a pajama *set*. Every single photo in the listing showed a full set. Turns out for $40 it was just the paper-thin pants. Now i'm stuck with just the pants from the set, spending $80 for something that should be sold on Shein for $10, or with store credit for a store I never want to shop at again.

      Terrible customer service. Will not issue a full refund, issues a store credit instead. Items were huge and I can’t get a refund to my credit card. This store gives small business a very bad reputation. I have never heard a a store not giving a full refund.
      DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEM.
      THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

      I bought a blazer at full price which was much larger and and did not look like the pictures when I got it. When I tried to return it once I received in a little over a week later, I was not able to because it had since been marked final sale. Marking new items as final sale is super shady, so they can skirt around accepting returns. The quality of all the items I received was Shein level quality but for a lot more money. Very disappointed in their quality and return policy. I would never buy here again. Nothing looks like it does on the model and everything XS is very large and shapeless. My 6’4 200 pound bf could fit into the cardigan I bought…

      They have a none existent customer service!
      I even tried the retail store front, but they were of no valued help!
      The item I purchased was a ‘chenille’ nutcracker sweater: what I received was a
      Huge nutcracker’applique’ sweatshirt!
      No returns
      No exchanges
      No customer service!
      I absolutely believe that the reason for their NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE is because of their TEMU like products!
      Please don’t waste your hard earned money for their photoshopped items!!!

      Awful customer service and return policy. I received the wrong item, reached out and asked for a refund. They respond to fill out ANOTHER application for a return, that I have to pay shipping to return the item on a mistake on their part.
