RUN AWAY, NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give zero stars I would and I’m disappointed that I fell into the trap of it like everyone else below. Poor quality clothes, shoes & jewelry. Items look nothing like the website. Thin, see through, small’s are too small and mediums too big, gold earrings I bought came looking tarnished, just disgusted with every package I opened and don’t get me started on the cheap packaging. The bag came ripped, and looked like it went through a dirt storm to get here. ****** has better packaging and that’s saying a lot. Now stuck with $200 gift card I will never use on more poor quality merchandise plus I had to pay to ship my returns & exchanges back (which all ended up being returned). I will never purchase anything from pink Lily nor recommend it. Shame on me for not doing my full research before buying. Like I said, run away, don’t walk.Pink Lily

I’ve ordered several items from pink Lilly and the bust is always too small. In order to exchange an item, they charge you return shipping. They only offer store credit no matter how you paid. By the time I’m done exchanging items, I’ll have no store credit left because they charge me for shipping and returning and then again to reship an item.Review fromBrittany B

I have been shopping with pink Lily since the beginning! I have NEVER been dissatisfied! They are always so accommodating, up to date with fashion, styles, trends! They want to have something for everyone no matter how big or small! It’s very hard to find an amazing boutique online that you can trust! I know when I’m shopping with pink Lily I will always be happy and taken care of the way that you would want to be! I recommend everyone to pink Lily cause 99.9% of my clothing is all pink Lily! ?????? I have a bad shopping problem! Myself and my bank account are in a love/hate relationship! Pink Lily boutique, as mentioned by the many 1 star reviews on this page, is a company that practices deceptive business tactics. Do not give this business your money. I ordered clothing for myself and decided to return the items because the fabric was cheap, thin, and see-through. The clothing did not match the photos on the website. However, I was not given my money back. Instead, they gave me a gift card to buy more of their poorly-made clothing. I don’t want a gift card, I want my money returned. The return policy on the website states "Pink Lily gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address…” "Returns" implies that customers will be refunded at point return. The vague wording listed on the website promotes deceptive business tactics. When I emailed the company my concerns, they said that they would respond in 24 hours. Didn’t happen. A week later and after multiple follow ups, they finally responded. The representative asked that I detail what was wrong with the clothing, and I told them it was the quality of the items. When they saw that I ordered an XL in the items returned, they accused me of not wanting the clothes because the clothes didn’t fit. The clothes DID fit, but as mentioned in my email, the issue was the poor quality. Assuming that it was a sizing issue because I am a size XL is incredibly offensive and discriminatory. They either wanted to put the issue back on me and insult me, or they did not read my message at all- I’m not sure which is worse As detailed by the negative reviews, they are able to return their customer’s money as a “courtesy.” Meaning that they CAN give you your money back, they just decide not to. This fact is hidden behind a poorly worded and lengthy statement on their website. Pink Lily not only shames their plus sized customers, but they rob you of your $ and do not respond. I’m well aware of the return policy so I’m not concerned that I would only get store credit back. Their lack of accurate sizing is disgusting. They have size charts and even have plus size models to show off the sizing but honestly I’m not sure what sizes those women are wearing. I’m normally a size 10/12 and at pink lily that would be a M/L. When I tell you a 2XL is what’s fit when I did repurchased with store credit. A 2XL according to their website should fit a size 20. imagine being a size 20, ordering a 2XL and it fitting like a medium/large. An absolute disgrace. Every company is allowed to do what they want because they should update their size chart to at least have transparency with their consumer instead of this fake facade that they’re all inclusive. Also when I contacted them about this all they did was remind me of their return policy as if I wasn’t aware. I just didn’t respond after that.Pink Lily

I love This company! I love that it’s woman owned and embraces all shapes and sizes. I’m a mom but I want yo be cute and this site has upgraded my wardrobe. I get compliments all the time! If I could give 0000 stars I would. They refuse to refund me $108 back for something that fit so small it made me feel fat. They will only give me a store credit. $108 is a lot to just waste when I’m not even gonna buy anything else. Poor customer service. People are struggling now as it is. $108 is a ton of money to just waste.Pink Lily

I have been burned by online boutiques in the past that end up being based in China and it takes months to get my items, so I was honestly wary of placing my first order with Pink Lily, especially after seeing some of the reviews here. I went in knowing my only option was store credit, but the romper and handful of other pieces I wanted were cute enough (and honestly cheap enough) to take the risk. I'm glad I did. Shipping was quick, I loved all but one of my items - and I thought of just eating the cost and giving it away but figured I'd reach out to see what my options were. Customer service was responsive and friendly, and I was able to exchange the one item that didn't quite fit right so I could get something else. All in all it was a great experience and I already have my eye on some of the items in the latest collection drop.Pink Lily
