This company is horrible they shipped the wrong transmission to my house firstly. I was charged 350.00 as a finders fee to the company that I was unaware of. I thought it went towards the purchasing price. It took two weeks for the shipping company to pick up the transmission they had made the mistake of sending. I gave them the vin number,engine size and year make and model. Because I didn't want the wrong part sent to me. Let's just say they continued to lie saying the replacement is being tested and power washed which I knew was a lie. They continued to string me on and while all this was going on I was paying 47.00 payments to the finance company for a transmission I had not received rather than pausing payments til I received the correct product. So after about a few weeks more they finally said the transmission didn't pass testing which we all knew was bs. So just to be nebby I had my wife call and ask for the same model transmission that they couldn't find for me .RTS replied they have one with 61,000 miles and it available. What a scam and fraud this company is!! While processing my refund they tried to keep the 350.00 I paid initially? Wasn't it their fault that I recieved the wrong transmission in the first place. They had nerve. I had to fight tooth and nail with them and I still didn't receive 130.00 due to processing. Please don't use this company they will lie and mislead you. Take your money and then give you a hard time getting it back. If you want issues and problems and like being lied to this is the company for you. None of this was my fault I paid and was screwed over!! They will get their just rewards in the future!! A company like this won't. Last long. BUYER BEWARE!! The worst experience ever!! Retaliation
Suffering severe Emotional distress/damages
Discrimination
Mental Damages
Deceptive Practice
Violation of the state and federal laws - They asked us something to do BUT They said it is NOT mandatory, BUt they made us do it anyways
Intimidation
Objectivity
Lies and trying to feel make us guilty about something they asked us to do
Anonymous UCC filing so we don't they filed it against us
Make us vulnerable to other people and drivers can injure us for not getting paid and putting our lives in jeopardy.
Stopping us from paying our drivers, bills, Rent, cars, and trucks, our Insurance is in cancellation right now after we just paid $7000 2 weeks ago to renew it, can't fuel our trucks, We can't book any loads or they will keep our money again (They owe now $19300) since 01/02/2024

Psychology & psychiatry damage
My husband even mentioned suicide due to all these issues that they can just resolve in 1 hour, but they want us to feel their financial power
Our lives are in danger because of angry drivers calling daily for a straight 9 days to get paid
Not getting enough sleep due to stress and depression/Impotently ill.
Internal family arguments/ Relationship damage after 26 years married
Can't focus at work, so poor job performance.

The worse factoring company ever I had only 1 year contract with them but without informing me they had renewed the contract to the next year too,but when I asked the person who's name is Michael he said a excuse that when I signed the contract with them they had a rule in it that they have the authority to renew it next year that I didn't know about but when I asked him about i requested him to give release of letter but he denied it and now he keeps telling me excuses and lies. They hold invoices and create issues with every invoice you submit and when I signed the contract the factoring that we decided was 2.5% but he charged me more then that and they had a lot of hidden feeses. They charged me more then they were supposed to. But when I ask them about they just give me more excuses beware of them.RTS Financial

I have been doing business with this company for 5 years, but I recently discovered that they have been deducting money from my pay without disclosing it on their application or webpage. I would strongly advise against doing business with them. After doing some calculations, I realized that they have been charging me approximately $700 per year, in addition to the percentage that we had agreed upon.Review fromJay P

Crooks. Absolute crooks. Signed up with them and their promise of a 24 hour turnaround time. 9 days later and they are still holding payment. The reps are useless, they keep coming up with silly little problems to delay payment. Oh, underwriting needs this, oh the "team" needs this. They do NOT understand trucking or how anything works. Needed to raise our insurance, did that. Had to get specific things from our bank, did that. On and on and on and on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single day I have been told they are initiating a wire for payment and then it doesn't happen. NINE DAYS. Promised again today they were doing a wire. Now they want a meeting to hold 5% escrow because we are hopper bottom. They knew this from Day 1!!!!! It's stupid excuse after stupid excuse. They claim we can end the contract anytime we want, but still no payment. I'm terrified to see what happens when we try to terminate with them, if they ever pay. They do not respond to phone calls, messages or emails. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.RTS Financial

They have little to no customer service. They promise things that can’t guarantee like a fuel card. They are third party to the actual fuel card provider. They hold invoices and make issues with every invoice you submit. I can’t get no one in the phone that actually work for my team on assigned to at RTS. The supervisor is never available they don’t reply to emails nor return calls.RTS Financial

They will hold and keep your money. Death is in the details. The worst customer service EVER. No department has a telephone number. You will get a run around if you dare try to speak to someone. On August 20th 2023 I booked a load from a broker that was and still is approved by rts , on the 22nd after factoring the load from me rts accused me of working with a double broker and asked for the money back , I told them o had no idea that the load was double brokered and that the broker was approved by rts that’s why I took the load , this is solely rts responsibility for approving a fake broker on their site , also rts had the audacity to withdraw money from my bank with out my approval, rts works like a mafia that destroys smaller businesses, I also have proof of the broker being approved by rtsRTS Financial

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH RTS FACTORING. I never signed an agreement to have them factor my payments for me. My MC authority went active today, I could not make any money because RTS have a lien on my company because they assumed I was going into business with them. I spoke to a representative in march, I never signed a contract. The representative tried to bully me and force me to do business with them or else they would not terminate the lien.
