    Do not do business with RTS Financial. These people are straight-up thieves. They held my company’s money for weeks, made excuse after excuse, and left me scrambling to pay my drivers and cover fuel. Every time I called, I got a different story. Horrible company. I regret the day I signed up with them.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use this company! They are going to take every penny they possibly can, and you will have to fight tooth and nail to get your money. They re-signed us after MONTHS of us telling them we did not want to renew with them, and we haven't heard from our "representative" for at least a year. Every week they add work to our plate by denying and holding loads that should be pushed through. If you value your sanity or your hard earned money, you will go ANYWHERE ELSE!

    nothing new, the same problem, I'm trying to leave in a humane and good way... but RTS dragging it out for unknown reasons... please help, I don't know who to call or write what to do in such situations...

    I had very bad experience with rts I served them termination notice on time I sent to the barun sharma he emailed back he received the termination notice and now they not giving me LOR as per barun he renew my contract for one more year I have very bad experience I would never suggest work with this company specially with barun dharma please help me get lor with them I m stuck contract ended on 25th since m trying to get lor now they saying they renew my contract

    Do not do business with RTS financial. These ppl are associated with scammers. They will hold your company money for months stopping your operations and damaging your compamy. They will breach the contract and tell ppl outside your company, your company information. They are horrible people. Do yourself a favor.. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE....

    My experience with RTS has been extremely disappointing. After the first year, I couldn’t get in contact with anyone to renegotiate my contract—phone calls consistently went unanswered. Be very cautious and read your contract thoroughly. I was blindsided at the end by additional charges, including a $150 monthly fee for not meeting the mandatory minimum, even during times when I was on vacation or my truck was down. They showed no willingness to work with me in these situations.

    When I decided to leave, it took almost two weeks for them to release me, leaving me in limbo and unable to factor with another company. This nearly pushed me into bankruptcy. Their team is incredibly unresponsive, and once you sign the contract, don’t expect to hear from your salesperson again. This has been the worst business experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend RTS to anyone—even my worst enemy.

    I signed my contract with them in September. I have a tax lien so they asked for proof that I was paying on it; I provided that. I don’t hear anything for a month. A month later I reach out and they ask for the same tax information so I provided it again. After a 3 week review they say they can’t factor for me; no problem. I then apply and get approved with another factoring company. The new company tells me RTS has filed UCC paperwork showing they’re my factoring company and until they release me, no one else can factor for me. We reach out to RTS on 4 different occasions and I’m told my account is still under review. I requested my release as well as the RTS sales rep I was working with. Currently I’m stuck with RTS until they release me from a contract that was never fulfilled. You can’t call anyone. They can only be reached via email. This is bad business all the way around.

    My experience with RTS exactly Brad M***** out of IL was terrible. I was factoring with OTR first but they refused to factor most of the loads i was taking as a new carrier. I transferred to RTS and Brad M***** kept on lying that he will factor all my old invoices. Which up to this day are not paid out 7 months later. I took a load after consulting with Brad only to later be told the will not factor it. When i asked Brad to cancel my contract he stopped responding to all messages. I reached out to his supervisors they kept telling me that they can't factor any of my invoices because they had an end date with those companies, Brad should have never accepted on my invoices. They said make a bonds claim with the Broker company insurance. After 3 months of waiting for the bonds claim the insurance company told me they will only pay less than 35% of the money i was owed. I am still going after my money with third party firms but it seems fruitless. As a new owner operator i went through a struggle, as this industry is all ready to run your business to the ground as soon as you start. I hope you never have to experience a day with RTS or Brad M*****.

    They are NOT honest and transparent, they tell you one thing and do the other. run a credit check using your information you submitted for other reasons. you suddenly just find an inquiry on your report. Dishonest personnel.

    I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Shamrock Trading Corporation/RTS Financial. If you are a freight carrier considering working with RTS, I urge you to reconsider. Their practices in handling contract closures, specifically the release of the letter of release, are both frustrating and drawn out.

    From the moment my contract neared its end, RTS engaged in tactics that seemed deliberately designed to delay and complicate the process. Calls and emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. Each interaction felt like an uphill battle with evasive responses and procedural roadblocks that prolonged the ordeal. What should have been a straightforward process devolved into an ongoing source of stress and uncertainty.

    The result? Countless hours lost, unnecessary frustration, and a significant impact on my ability to move forward with other business opportunities. If you value transparency and reliable support in your financial partnerships, I recommend looking elsewhere.

    Don't make the same mistake I did. Protect your time, resources, and peace of mind by partnering with a company that values its clients, rather than one that leaves them trapped in a web of delays and unanswered questions.
