  This is the biggest scam company they find any reasons to held invoices hostage they very rude team70 biggest liars do not get factoring with them every they want to refuse u paying even when brokers pay them

  Supervisor- Song C., and her team is the reason why I am still in business today. I call almost daily with wiring issues, and each day they accommodate me with every single request of mine. RTS is very transparent, and they totally understand ** (drivers) situations while we are on the road. Team 27 and Song are absolutely wonderful and I cant thank them enough!!

  Been with *** since 2017 within the past 2-3 years alot has changed. Anytime my account rep is off i either dont get funded or they hold parts of my funding for random reasons . Today i could not pay my fuel as they held almost $18000 of my funds after lien to me through email saying my wire was sent out and i checked my upload it was never even worked on today ***************** Who supposedly is a supervisor over my account rep is the one who some how always finds a reason not to fund me when my normal rep is off for the day or she finds a reason to hold money .. asked to speak to upper management several times and never get a response i do about $400000 a month with them been with them going on 7 years had one recourse due to a company going out of business which i covered and i still get a hard time from them I am constantly having to follow up with brokers about past due payment because *** claims they brokers wont respond i call one time and get the issue resolved which 9 out of 10 times is an issue either that *** did not invoice them or *** actually has the payment and misplaced it.Anytime i do a large amount with one specific company or broker they try to find a way to down grade their credit rating to limit the business i do with specific companies or brokers *** tries to control who u work with and how much u work with them no matter their credit history its scary for a small company they could put u out of business in a week its crazy to be working and not know if u will be funded that day depending on how the *** employees are feeling that day and when u have an issue GOOD LUCK getting them on the phone they ignore u intentionally I have brought multiple companies over to *** and we are all having the same issue now The only time u get quick responses and answer to phone calls is if ur close to renewal because they dont want u to leave as soon as u renew back to the same BS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM IF U CAN especially IF UR A SMALL COMPANY...
