  Ordered a ***** Cruze engine that was told to me it would be shipped within 5 days. Three weeks later it finally got shipped out to me. Came with a stripped out drip pan plug. Expect companies to live up to their word about shipment times when they are the ones quoting it. Overall, happy with the product received.

  Ordered a mirror for drivers side because OEM is ~$1000. The first one that came in didn't fold right. I contacted customer service. They asked if I wanted a replacement and I said yes. The part was on backorder so I asked if I could keep it on my truck until the new one came in for safety reasons. They said that was fine. A few weeks later and the replacement works like a charm! Would do business here again. Customer service is top notch and reached out to make sure it was right!

  i spoke with two different people from this company when ordering a white door for a **** F150.Two different people two different white doors and two different prices. I took the cheaper price which later changed to the higher price which i agreed to pay. door took a while to show up and when it did it was not the white door i ordered but a silver door that wouldn't even fit. I refused the ordered and called Performance salvage back. They manage to stay in communication with me and eventually sent the correct crew cab white door. It was a struggle but eventually i received the correct part.

  I was contacted by Performance Auto Salvage after doing a ****** search for a tailgate for my truck. They sent me several pictures of tailgates and advised me that I could pick out the one that I liked. I advised them that I was looking for one with the same original color as mine so there wouldn't be a need for painting it. I picked out the tailgate that I liked and was guaranteed that I would get that specific tailgate. I was advised the part was grade "A" quality. I had to call the company several times after paying for the part. I was advised each time that the part had been shipped when it had not. Finally, after approximately 6 weeks I received a tailgate. It was not the tailgate that I had ordered. The tailgate that I received was of inferior quality. The original color of the tailgate was black. At some point the tailgate had been poorly repainted the color of my truck. However, the paint was showing signs of chipping, especially around the logo. The tailgate was of inferior quality but sold to me as Grade "A". I was furious when I saw that this company did not live up to their end of the agreement. This company was not forthright with me. I will not be doing any further business with this company.

  I asked for White doors for my **** truck. They sent me pictures of White doors for a **** truck. I paid for White doors for a **** truck. They sent me SILVER doors. I sent an E mail informing them of the mistake and asked to exchange these for WHITE doors. They did not respond. Today they called me and asked me to post a positive review of their company.

  WOW! a review for Performance Auto Salvage. My pleasure. My order took was easy.The wait was not that great, at some points of the journey it felt like a group of people con me out of my money. Then while waiting for the seat to arrive the person at the other side of the phone called to tell me that it will be in in 7 to 10 days that did not happen. Boy I really felt stupid at that time. Then several days later after I gave up, I get a call from Performance Auto Salvage and tell me the seat is being shipped. I really did not believe them. We did finally get the bench seat, but not until someone called and asked for more money. I did Not send more money, because I thought it was a scam again.

  If I could give a zero, I would, all these company is is a forwarder, part I received was from a completely different wrecker, and had plugs missing wires cut, it was completely unusable, stay a million miles away from these scammers.

  Was looking for a bumper cover. Agreed on a price and was told they would ship the part. After 3 weeks I never heard from them. They said they sent it to the wrong address but I later asked for a refund since it took so long and they never send ANY tracking information as they stated they would. I doubt they ever had an real part, just a picture from a website.i requested a refund and they told me they would provide it. It has been 2 months and they have made no effort to contact me. They give me the runaround and every person I talked to has a separate gmail address instead of a legitimate business domain.DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY
