    This company is nothing but a scam! I would give no stars if I could. I am still disputing the payment I sent to these people. I would not recommend these people to anyone. I should have looked at the reviews on here beforehand. I have learned my ******* It is the same as all the rest of the complaints, pay via Venmo, they sent a paid receipt, waiting on tracking number and nothing was received. Now that I have opened a dispute with *****, they are calling non stop wanting us to retract the Venmo complaint and he is saying he will send my money back if I will retract the dispute. NOT HAPPENING! He scammed me once, he wont scam me again!

    it's a total crime business and should be shut down or put under new management. to fist refund ALL the money due to hard working people....a thought.,. Can have a military type of takeover and shut them down!!

    SCAMMERS! NEVER TO BE TRUSTED!!! DON'T FALL FOR THE LIES OF THESE PEOPLE!I ordered a Catalytic Converter for my 2013 Diesel Jetta since the beginning of February. Fell on the pressure of: ***** we are moving a big team of mechanics to get the piece. We have it but you must pay. They wanted me to venmo the money. I requested the bank account number on chase bank and it was a legitimate account and sent ****** usd for 2 pieces the converter and a head lamp. On February 15th I called and they say sorry we don't have the pieces. We will send you an email with the shipping order. AFTER SPEAKING TO *****, ***** WHO SAYS TO BE THE ***** ***** THE FIRST GUY WHO NEVER WANTED TO TALK TO ME AGAIN AND ***** AND LISTENING TO DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THEIR STORYIT IS THE 15 OF MARCH NO MONEY BACK NO SPAREPARTS AND TODAY, THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY STILL DON'T HAVE THE CONVERTER AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY MY 700 THERE SHOULD BE AN AUTHORITY DEALING WITH THIS. I AM FILLING A POLICE COMPLAIN REPORT !!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. ***** SAID NO ZELLE BECAUSE WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A STOLEN CAR!!!DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL!!

    I was attempting to purchase a 4.6 v8 they told me I could pay half and then pay the other half once it was shipped but the same day I found a different motor and requested a refund 2 hours after I sent them the money theyve said for weeks I will be getting my money back and they accepted my refund but I still have received nothing back they had me send it thru Cash app so it's simple to just end it back I'm pretty sure I've been robbed and scammed all tho others on BBB.ORG say they've even received parts but ive received nothing but rudeness from them for asking for my money Tha I've worked for back it's all I had now I'm pursing them in court for my money I can't afford to lose 800

    The customer service person who did email me was super quick and responded even on a Saturday. So in the end it was what that which will give carparts.com a second chance (with coupon) to pull me from an online competitor.

    Purchased an exhaust system (for an '04 Pontiac Vibe FWD non gt.).. Invoice **... including converters and resonator. Product was delivered quickly at a great price, but delivered in an open box and damaged (needed part so dealt with and repaired damage). Product fit correctly, yet ****** was considerably thicker material than OE so longer bolts (10mm x **** + 1/4 " longer) were required to mate to ****** instead of the included spring bolts (simple but frustrating). After writing an honest lackluster review, Carparts.com did respond with 10% off for damage ($30 credit) and a 10% off coupon for next purchase...Yet must mention they originally offered a $20 coupon for writing a review which (apparently) was not available to any review under 4 stars...Once I responded with a 4 star, (with similar honesty) it prompted a response. The customer service person who did email me was super quick and responded even on a Saturday. So in the end it was what that which will give carparts.com a second chance (with coupon) to pull me from an online competitor.

    This was and still is an ongoing nightmare experience. I order a taillight part 1 1/2 months ago and sent in pictures to ensure they got the right part. They shipped me the wrong part and for the past two months, I have been trying to get it corrected. They kept saying they would send me the right part but never did. Then after weeks of that, I asked for a refund and they said I would get that by the end of last week and always promising to look into my case and call me back, They never do and I still have not gotten a refund.Meanwhile, I ordered the same part from another online auto parts store (Crafts) and got it in less than a week with no problems. Do not use this company. Everyone there speaks with a foreign accent, so I am not even sure if they are in *******. A ********* *******, **

    I purchased a large drivers side tow mirror for my 2015 **** F350. It installed fairly easily and looks great. I had a minor issue with the power tilting; CarParts.com responded immediately offering options to make sure I was happy. I honestly have not experienced this level of service from any company in a very long time and am extremely impressed. I will definitely shop performance auto salvage again!
