    ordered parts in feb 2024 received half and now they have been dilly dallying placing me on infinite holds to get me off phone. placed complaint with attorney general.

    I am looking for a tailgate for my 2016 Honda Odyssey. Sam Miller called me from -3960. He seems very legit. For some reason Sam Miller will not pick up.
    They want me to sign the credit card form to charge the $1,422.00. I wouldn't do it. Their website performanceautosalvage.us states Account Suspended and the website will not come up. The business address in Plainfield, IL is a residence. They sent me a photo of a wrecked Odyssey with it on a tow truck to show me the back tailgate and color.
    I questioned them over and over again via email as to why they have an F rating with BBB? Why do they have negative reviews? They couldn't answer me. I have all the emails between me and Sam Miller.
    I called their business # at -5455. It all sounds legit business but you wait on hold for about 30 seconds and then you get forwarded to a voicemail that is computer voice: "Please leave a message for Boscoe Smith". Couldn't tell if it is Roscoe or Boscoe.
    Anyways, I canceled my credit card and am extremely disappointed that I wasted all this time in thinking they were going to help me. I have all the emails.

    I would likely recommend not using this company I have purchased a used hood back on 06/01/2024, have paid invoice and never received anything. I have been leaving voice mails, emails and other than a couple emails saying in process and it will be handled this week which was weeks ago nothing. What does it take to return a phone call. I have asked for refund needless to say no response on this either. I am beginning to guess this company is another scam.

    I have purchased an engines from this company performance auto salvage and have been treated right. affordable price and Thank you we have encountered so far at our Best and thank you for all your continued support. You are fantastic.

    ********************* of Performance Auto Salvage, accepted a certified bank check made out to Performance Auto Salvage on April 11, 2024 for $460.00 in payment for a front fender for a 1980 **** F-150. The part was never delivered. Our phone calls have not been answered.. WE have called on over 10 times with no answer. Those restoring the truck have been held up for two months. Absolutely no response of any kind to our requests. No refund offer and no explanation. Don't take a chance on this company.

    This place is a scam. Delayed shipping on parts ordered. Was told multiple times that the parts would be shipped out the next day. Its been two weeks. No invoice was sent and tracking number four. The merchandise purchased, which were parts for a vehicle..
