Same CEO as Olive.com- what a shocker. 5 stars for ripping people off. You need a class action lawsuit across the board.

I called to cancel my service in which I did not agree to in the first place. The customer service representative was very rude, yelling at me, told me to hush & insisted on me giving him detailed information on my warranty. It is ridiculous a customer service representative cant process a simple cancellation request in a professional manner.

Our warranty ran out and being that we currently only have one vehicle, we thought it would be a good idea to purchase an extended warranty just in case. Long story short, I finally decided it wasnt worth it and wanted to cancel it. I called 3x the first two times, I was argued with to the point that I hung up and they did nothing. The third time, I was argued with for a full hour, during this time I was called names, put on hold, degraded, and just yelled at. He refused to cancel my policy until he finally got sick of arguing with me. Finally he cancelled it and said, congrats, youve successfully thrown away a grand, any questions? If they fight this hard for me to not cancel, how hard you think theyll fight to not have to pay when I actually do have a claim? It shouldnt have been that difficult to cancel. They shouldnt have been childish by calling me names and degrading me. Im glad I cancelled. Also, if you need to cancel, theres instructions in the back of your booklet.

Hopefully karma will catch up to companies that prey on the elderly. My 86 year old mother thought she had to pay this official looking bill for her ****** after getting out of another service contract from car shield. Leave these poor vulnerable people alone! Obviously since we have taken over her finances, her $149.42 monthly bill will not be paid. The website to cancel is a joke and the lack of people to answer the phone was not a surprise.

Just paid second to last payment. I had a sudden issue with my transmission which is why I had started a coverage plan with them in the first place. The total was around $1800 which is 1/3 of what I've paid for coverage. When the autoshop contacted them they turned down helping with anything. The company is a scam that will find any way to turn down assistance but will happily take your money.

^ Ditto what everyone else is saying. Noticed I was being billed monthly through Paylink for the "Auto Repair Network" for vehicle service coverage, which is already included in what I pay monthly to my dealership. I did not remember signing up for this or giving them my payment information, and I called requesting to see my signed contract. The contract they sent me did not have an electronic signature. Then they asked if I wanted to hear to the recording of the phone call where I signed up, so I said yes. All they could play for me was the clip of me giving the representative information about my vehicle like mileage, dealership I got it from, etc. I asked repeatedly to hear the clip of me giving them my credit card number, something I would never do over the phone, and of course the clip was "archived" and they needed to contact the "accountant" to find it. I was like...sir...how do you have this random clip of me talking to an agent, but not the actual clip of me signing up for this service or giving you my payment info? So obviously a scam and not a very intelligently orchestrated one either. I get PayLink isn't the one charging me but they are working with illegitimate companies who are not BBB accredited-- just check out the Auto Repair Network page on this website. Paylink does also not let you cancel payments or even edit your payment or personal information 'without approval'. I do not need a response from the company. I know all I need to know now.
