      Signed up, was told it was $100 application fee and they would send me warranty documentation to look over before singing up for the plan. Two weeks passed, no paperwork arrived. Called them, they were rude and told me it takes longer than I had waited. (two weeks to mail paperwork?) I got an email that I had approved and signed up for the warranty service. "We will begin processing your payments on 10/28/2022 from the payment account listed below:Payment method: **** Last 4 digits: XXXX"I immediately called them and they argued and yelled at me on the phone that this is how it works. I explained that I was not comfortable entering a two year contract without having seen the terms of the warranty. After arguing back and forth, I demanded they cancel. They had to email me a number and then I had to call them back. What a nightmare.

      We were scammed believing we were renewing our home warranty that was included with the home purchase. We also were told the down-payment was the ****** not the monthly payment because that was a specific question asked. Now they took 181 out of our account which was never an amount discussed. I want my money back. How do I get a refund and cancel my account?

      You have been billing me seams like forever. I have contacted my dealership, I think this needs to be turned over to the lawyer. Endurance is a SCAM. NOT HAPPY. Your rating is no stars. Dealerships that sell this to there customers are not interested in keeping the customers happy. Just the bottom line more money in their pocket

      I do not have car insurance with this company but they charged me for coverage. I had home coverage with a company that used paylink that company was a scam I disputed and now paylink is charge the same amount but as vehicle coverage I have never switched car insurances

It is our understanding from American Home that they have processed and paid several claims to you under your policy.       THE EXACT SAME ISSUE! I purchased an extended warranty through Vroom (online car dealer) on 5/12/22. On 6/11/22, I ended up trading that vehicle in for a new car. On 6/14, I emailed all the necessary documentation to cancel the contract--and because it was less than 30 days, was due a full refund (including Down Payment of $238.30). It is now September, and I've noticed 4 withdraws of $61.28. They never cancelled my contract. I have the email confirming the cancellation from SG Direct (contract administrator). When I call PayLink, they claim they do not issue refunds as the money isn't paid to them. Yet I have CC statements and transaction numbers that clearly show it is. I've now been on hold for over 45 minutes, have spent over 15 hours invested into this, and all they want to do is point fingers at another company (they still say the account is not closed on their end). They owe me over $400 in refunds. This is a total scam.

      This company tricked my wife into believing she needed to pay an activation fee for the warranty we purchased for our new vehicle. I don't know how they got our information related to the vehicle purchase. When she paid the amount, they put her on an automatic payment plan for a new warranty, totaling several thousand dollars.

      Yes! I am dealing with the same issue! How is this legal!? I have been paying 142 for over year! I finally went to my bank yesterday and canceled my debit card. I called PayLink today and they said they only handle payments. I would need to call ****** Administration to cancel the contract. They had me on hold for 30 minutes! Please help! How do I get a refund like everyone else!!! This is crazy!

      This is a scam they got me because im a young car owner and they made it seem like i needed this extended warranty, they told me it was a $115 down payment but NEVER told me that there would be a $159 monthly charge for this at all!! theyve been taking money from me since june and i have tried to cancel this subscription but they keep charging my account. Whoever is in control of this company I want you to erase my card information, mailing address, phone number, and contact information from the system or legal action will be taken!!
