Terrible company they dont follow their own rules and regulations. I had to contact The federal trade commission and recommend you to as well if they do not provide you with the same details about the refund process . Anyway they now are delaying me of asking for a refund because why ? They dont want to return money and abide by the rules of business practices. So next step for me is contacting my to file a claim and ask for a refund through my financial institution.

Sat 7/23 Groupon purchases a 4 night stay at a hotel in **. Prior to that I was searching for deals but in no way made a decision or selected a hotel. I saw a pop up show up on my phone saying thank you for your order. I didn't even know what I ordered. I would have never selected the hotel we were bound to since check in was the next day. We made the best of it and filed a ticket with customer service. They have emailed twice saying they are still looking into this. During our stay Groupon made 2 more unauthorized and unknown charges on my account. 1 charge was for a mountain roller coaster and one charge was for a ****************** in my home town. Totally random and made without me having to click anything in the app to purchase. I initiated another customer service chat 5 days after the first chat to which im still waiting. So frustrated with the devious business practices and difficult customer service. Once this is resolved the apps are gone from my family.

I recently purchased a Blooms Today Groupon back on 6/30/22 to purchase flowers for a co-worker who lost a family member. All of the information was entered with the delivery date posted as the day before the funeral services at the church. On the day of delivery I was contacted and asked what time the service for the deceased started the next day. I was confused as the delivery should have already taken place. I told them the service starts at 10:30 AM. They assured me the delivery would get there in time. It did not. On said date I was contacted again asking if there was an alternate address the driver could drop off the flowers. No, I don't want you bothering the family. I'd rather have a refund. It was processed. The merchant said she would contact Groupon for their portion of my refund. I hadn't heard anything. I reached out to them today, weeks later, via live chat. They had no recollection of my request. I was asked to forward the email of the cancellation via email to attachments at groupon.com. I did. I was then asked to send a screen shot of the letter. I also did. I had to talk to two different representatives because the first rep never responded after I sent the emails. The second was able to review the conversation with the first rep and requested screen shots too. I asked if they could check for the email but they wanted screen shots. I sent the screen shot and again over 13 minutes have gone by with no response. Just fold Groupon. I know we are dealing with work shortages but for customers to have to go thru so much for a refund makes absolutely no sense. A 1 star review is 1 star too many. I won't be shopping with them again, EVER.
