All went smoothly and ******* kept us updated on progress. The claim amount received was fair and reasonable. Our AC repair company in our small town was used and they contacted Home Warranty with their explanation of the repair needed. Upon completion of the repairs, a check was received promptly from Home Warranty.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

Home Warranty is great! I am a client care manager for a real estate team. They are our go to company for home warrantys for our clients. They have great coverage options. All of our clients have been supper happy with the service they provide. ***** ****** is AMAZING. He always answers my calls/text. He is very knowledgeable about the coverage they have. ***** resolves issues quickly. I am greatful for his hard work. I wanted to take a moment to let you all know what a great experience I had with your company during my recent claim experience. This is in reference to claim #******. I discovered my hot water heater had gone kaput on Saturday the 21st of September. I finally got in touch with a plumber and then called your service line. First of all, the fact someone answered on a Saturday was a blessing, then the young man I spoke to *****, asked me a few questions to get me verified, and I explained my issue and told him I was filling out a claim online, ***** **** me not to worry he had already filled out the claim form and assisted me with everything I needed to get the claim completed and answered all the questions I had (incredible customer service). I hung up and waited for the plumber to arrive. I did have to call back after the conversation between the plumber and the agent he spoke to as I wanted to make sure that everything was understood, as the plumber quoted two options. When I called back, I spoke to ****** who was so pleasant and listened carefully, and sure enough there was a bit of a misunderstanding, but ****** quickly took the information and updated the notes on the claim. I currently work in the customer service industry and the type of understanding, patient, and caring agents I spoke to does not happen enough in the industry and is worth calling out and recognizing. Thank you to the team for their help and understanding during this claim process. Your company has always responded well to my claims, but this group was above and beyond. I also want to say thanks to **** who called me this morning (Monday 9/23) to let me know the claim was approved and the check was on its way. ***** to an amazing customer experience. I purchased home warranty coverage when I bought a home in late 2021. My realtor suggested Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc. I'm sure glad I did as I had to have my water heater and garbage disposal replaced and my dryer repaired. Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc. was quick to respond to my claims and send a check for replacement/repair after providing them proof of payment for the replacement/repair done. I highly recommend them.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
