Customer service was fantastic. Helpful, not tough to work with, and the check was paid in a reasonable amount of time. An unpleasant experience in the home, to a pleasant experience with HOME WARRANTY. Great people.

Hi ***** - we do not see anything outstanding for contractors? Last bill received on 10/23 and was paid on 10/24. We pay within 4 days of receiving the completed work invoice (and in your claim, we paid within 1 day).Review fromDebbie Z

Very pleasant on the phone. Helped with getting our reimbursement quickly. Had to hire our own plumber but got the hot water heater replaced the same day (as opposed to waiting a week for the recommended plumber).Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
