I've had a home warranty with this company for a couple of years now, and so far they have been great. Much better than the last company I had a home warranty with. They have lots of affordable options, and they are very flexible about renewal and changes to coverage. I've never had a problem with them covering what they said they would. The only suggestion I can think of would be to have a full online portal, where our coverage could be viewed. They do have an online claims form, and most correspondence is available by email - but I would upgrade this to a five star rating if they were fully accessible online.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
