The process was very smooth. I called Home Warranty with the service man right beside me. He talked to the ** service rep and explained the problem. The part was ordered. After the part was installed, I emailed the paid bill to ** and in a few weeks I got my check.

Thanks for the review! Freon is being phased out completely (production of new Freon (R22) ceased as of Jan 2020) so eventually everyone will need to switch to a replacement refrigerant. Would be glad to discuss your options for that going forward if you are interested.Review fromBonnie V

Very easy to work with. Fast claim turn around! My home had Home Warranty when we bought it and it has been a good decision to keep it! Over the four year we've had it I've use it twice. Once for a dish washer the other for a hot water heater I think combined we have only spent around $350 out of pocket and the reason being we spent more on the dish washer then what was alloted.
