Love, this company and being able to use my contractors as well. If your contractor wants to be paid first, the company will reimburse you by emailing or sending you a check. A very easy process.

Home Warranty was available to discuss my claim with repairman without having to wait on hold. The repair was completed, and I paid my deductible. The claim was closed and received a check within a few weeks. I was very satisfied.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

I highly recommend Home Warrant Every time I have called they have been super nice. Even when my anxiety was high. They calmed me down and reassured me they would take care of everything. Being relatively new to the area, I didn't know any repair places. They gave me recommended places. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. They paid the claim on my faulty refrigerator, which is a good thing. Just wished the approval of claim could have been made when the repairman was actually in my home. It was approved same day, but it necessitated a return trip for repair a week later. Would have gotten five stars for same day repair.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
