Home warranty company was instant to get an agent on the phone. They immediately gave me a number to call the *************** in my area. That company did not answer there phone nor had a voicemail to leave a message, we had a split leaking hot water heater. I called back the home warranty company and got the same agent again,( that never happens) so we had just spoke, he gave me another service company. Although that company was not very responsive I spoke with the girl in the office who was excellent and got me to her boss immediately. I spoke with him on a Thursday and he said the soonest he could come was in the upcoming weekend on Saturday or Sunday He never showed or called, I called them and then sent a different person on Monday to install the new hot water heater. But that guy was clearly not happy to be there and made it very clear .he did the job but had to leave cause he brought the wrong size part. Over all the job was fixed. But the home warranty company was excellent 5 star on getting the job fixed the ac service company that was less the A1 was not the warranty companies fault. ***** , understandable communication with the representative on the phone call. Quick approval within the parameters of the warranty. When I had a dispute the supervisor was readily available and resolution was reached in a very timely manner. As a Realtor for 20 years I have had experience with many Home Warranty companies - HWI is much easier to work with than most.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
