We have had multiple claims and you have always been quick to response, great customer service, empathy and understanding. I never trusted home warranties, but this company exceeded my expectations. I have no vested interest in this company. I have had so many things go wrong in this house that I expect them to not pick up the phone when they see my phone number. They treat me as nicely on the 5th claim as they did the first. Replace my water heater completely! Old central air conditioning went out. OLD. They could have told me that they don't cover anything that old. I did not get alot, but it was enough to purchase window units for each room. They will never all break at the same time now. Repeatedly good service, not just because I lucked out and got someone good the first time. Reimbursement checks sent out swiftly. I have never trusted warranty companies, but this company has really been good to us!Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

I was very satisfied with the customer service and the approach that they made to help me achieve the warranty on my refrigerator when they werent able to fix it they came for to help me receive another refrigerator with me putting $300 more to it I was very satisfied I didnt have to come up with $800 to 1000 to put my food in a refrigeratorHome Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

It took quite a few calls to sort things out, but the *** staff always answered quickly and always seemed to be be trying to hard to make things work within their rules and policies. I eventually received a reasonable rebate for the covered work.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
