************************. I hired them to help with my business but after 5 months we had 0 results and 1 terrible looking ad. Im not able to cancel until 6 months. And then they inform me that I have to call on several different dates to cancel my products. Do not waste your money with these swindlers.Hibu Inc

We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issue. Our records show the client had requested to cancel; however, they are still within the terms of their 6-month contract. Our client has been notified that a request to cancel can be made for their Search and Social products after the 11/03/24 invoice. We understand our client is also concerned over receiving zero results, however,when we partnered with the client, they were provided a Statement of Work that stated they would receive ******* website clicks per month. Over the past three months, we exceeded those expectations with over ****** ad views and 843 ad clicks. The ads were approved by our client during the proofing process.Review fromAleksandr G

Hibu is the worst company. I would never in a million years use them for my business or recommend. They made me sign a 6 month contract before proving themselves but promised it woudl be amazing. Since then I'm now paying about 2k a month. If I'm lucky I get 1 lead a month. Even after my company became bankrupt and closed they still keep charging me. I called my **** and called other people but they all hide behind the 6month contract and dont care that the service they provide is horrible, and got me no business. They don't care about you. They just want your guaranteed money. This is the honest truth. Beware.Hibu Inc

We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issue. Our records show the client had requested to cancel, however, they are still within the terms of their 6 month contract. Our client was unhappy with the return on his investment. When we partnered with the client, he received a Statement of Work that said Hibu would build a website for his business and optimize the website for four Roof Cleaning keywords. The SOW also said his Search would have a Click-Through-Rate of >1% and a Cost Per Click of $25.33. In the last 4 months, the clients ranking moved up from 999 to first position for three of his four keywords. The Search had a CTR of 1.81% and CPC of $7.66. Our client was also concerned that he would continue to be billed since his business has closed. The client was unable to provide documentation showing he was out of business. The MA Secretary of States website was not updated to indicate the business is closed. Our client has been notified that requests to cancel the Smart Online Presence, Local Ranking and Search products can be made on 9/28/24, 10/28/24 and 10/30/24 respectively.Review fromJoshua S

We have had multiple people look us up as we have been out on job sites. Our digital footprint that hibu has provided has put us on the map and above our competition. We signed a 6 month contract with Hibu in Feb of 2023. In April of 2024 we contacted them with the intentions to cancel because we were not getting the leads they claimed we were and they told us we couldnt because our 6 months wasnt over. We agreed to pay for the 2 more months they claimed we owed on our contract just for them to continue to charge us well after and say the same thing when we tried to cancel again. Now we are being told that when we cancel not only do we lose the website that we paid for we lose the reviews that go along with it. They are refusing to give us any funds back that were taken past the time we agreed upon as well. Be careful with this company. The only good reviews they really have are in their website and thats because they control it. Once you sign up with them you receive 10x the amount of robo calls which they refer to as leads and Im pretty positive half of those clicks come from someone behind their desk. Once you get tired of the lies and try they bring up a contract that youve never even seen or gotten a copy of until you start to complain.Hibu Inc

Our records show the client had requested to cancel their Search and Social products; however, they were still within the terms of their 6-month contract. Our client has been notified that the Search and Social are scheduled for cancellation on 9/15/24. Per the clients request, their Smart Online Presence will continue to bill. We understand our client was also concerned over the *** of the products. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work, which stated that Hibu would maintain a consistent click-thru-rate typically greater than 1% and Hibu has exceeded this with a 4% click-thru-rate for the Search.The SOW also stated that the Social would receive ****** to ****** impressions and Hibu has exceeded this with ******* impressions. Our client was also concerned that they did not receive a copy of the contract. Our records show that a copy of the original contract was emailed on 2/8/24 to ******************************************** one of the original products was cancelled per the clients request, an updated contract was emailed on 4/8/24 to ***************************************.Review fromLeila M

I tried to cancel my account at ******************** because it was a wasted expense, they made promises of giving my business at least 15 more clients per month which resulted in a total failure on their part and when asking them why I didn't have a single call they only gave excuses and sometimes tried to blame me, so after two months of 0 results and a lot of wasted money I decided to cancel the account and make it clear that I couldn't take any more of this expense which was starting to make a hole in my finances but they refused to cancel with the excuse that they were doing well and continued with the service without my permission and now they want me to pay for the time that they decided to continue without my permission and continued with 0 results,Hibu Inc

Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our client was concerned about the return on his investment. When we partnered with the client, he received a Statement of Work that said he would receive a minimum of 100 clicks per month from his Display ads and a Search Click-thru-Rate greater than 1%.Over the last four months we exceeded expectations with a Search Click-thru-Rate of 4.69%, over 1300 clicks to the website, 8590 website visits,84 clicks to call and 125 form fills. When our client requested to cancel, they were still within the terms of their 6-month contract. The program has now been canceled due to nonpayment. Wish I looked at these reviews before wasting my time. A local *** contacted me. I liked the idea of someone local because out of state agencies often don't understand the nuances of our market. He asked for an in-person meeting, and after some preliminary calls to make sure he had what he needed to make the most of that time together, we set up an in-person meeting. He later said they do in-person meetings because they have much higher rates of people showing up for the meeting if it is in person than if it is just remote. Since I'm often out in the field seeing clients and projects we met at a ****** that was near some jobsites. Only then did I learn that his specialist would be joining us via zoom. Well, Panera was way too loud for that, so we ended up sitting in the ***'s car w/ the ** blasting as it was 100 degrees outside. Despite the preliminary discovery information, the specialist was way off base, and they did nothing to address the top concerns I had previously shared. They didn't didn't want to have any accountability to go along with their 6 month contract. I understand marketing is art and science, but their fee is a lot of $ to have a wait and see approach. After the meeting, the local *** sent a concept of an ad he mocked up, and it was abundantly clear that they weren't digesting the information they were given as the ad was a very clear contradiction to our business. Based on that alone, I lost any confidence they could work on our marketing without very close supervision and checking in once a month would have been very problematic. But beyond that, when asked for any accountability or additional detail, I was then told they didn't see us being a fit, which, despite their email just before that saying they saw how they would be a fit must have just been their way of not having to answer any questions.Review fromJon U
