    Please work with the fsbo people!! Seamless process. We were nervous to go without a realtor but we have no regrets. We sold in 1 day and closed easily. The way home buying should be!

    Have sold 2 homes with FSBO in the last 5 years. Great, easy and affordable (cheap relative to even low percentage realtor commission) service with everything you need included. Both homes sold quickly and we saved a fortune in commission to a realtor. Would highly recommend and will use again if we ever move.

    FSBO does everything you need to sell your home. An inspection, an appraisal, excellent pictures and virtual tour, and an attorney on site to handle the closing. The managers, **** and ****** at the Cedar Rapids office are professional, knowledgeable, and will help with any details or questions you may have. If you are thinking of selling, they are the first call you should make!!!

    If you are looking to sell your home and dont want to pay the 6-7% realtor fee, please consider ************************* and his team. **** is second to none; however, he cant do it without his team. I have used them twice in the past and would not consider any other option. They are knowledgeable and answered all questions to ensure I was well educated, prepared, and equipped. They are timely as well, which in todays competitive market, is a must! Go with this company and this team, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
