  Everything about using FSBOHOMES.com to sell my home was nothing short of amazing! The entire process was streamlined to make each step so simple for me. Our house sold in Two days with two offers on the table with over asking price. The whole FSBOHOMES team was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

  We have used FSBO twice in the last four years to sell houses we were living in. On both occasions, we were extremely pleased with the effort put forth by the entire team at the Cedar Rapids FSBO office. Their expertise in all aspects of the real estate business saved us a tidy (for us) sum of money. We would recommend them to anyone looking to save some money.

  We had a wonderful experience working with everyone we did at FSBOHomes. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We saved a lot of money by not paying typical realtor fees and we were able to use that toward our new down payment our and to buy things for our new house. I always refer friends and family to them and we've even gotten a little kickback from a couple of friends that have sold their homes with FSBOHomes.

  My husband and I decided to move from our beloved **** to be close to our daughter and family. I interviewed a realtor and I interviewed with FSBOHOMES. We chose FSBOHOMES and Im so glad that we did. We would have had to work many more months to earn the money that we saved by using FSBOHOMES. ************, ****, the photographer etc. -everyone was SUPER. Very honest answering all my questions.. I will always use them in the future if they are in our location. If you are hesitant, just call them and ask questions. SO GLAD I DID!

  FSBO was absolutely great to work with in selling my house here in Cedar Rapids. **** and ****** did an excellent job in answering all my questions, provided ideas told me things to do and not do and made the whole experience of selling a property a lot smoother.   This was the easiest sell of a home I ever had! FSBO made it easy and was there to help with any questions I had. Excellent photos and virtual tour if my home is what sold it in less than 24 hours when it went on market. I'd use FSBO again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to save on paying commission fees to a realtor. Sell your home yourself as you are the best one that knows your home and what it has to offer others.
