  Mike Pfieffer and FSBOHomes in Cedar Rapids certainly did not dissapoint. It was definitely the most positive real estate transaction I have ever participated in. He and Celena guided us through the process and we sold in about 17 days, saving over $27,000 in fees. Not only that, our buyers also sold using them. Win, win!

  Amazing company, experienced listing agents, support staff, photographers, third-party partnerships that handle pre-appraisal and pre-home inspections, and an in-house attorney and staff for their closing service. ~Highly recommend. They provide nearly everything a realty company offers and much more-- for much less cost! Less drama, easy process.

  They lied about what was included in their price. the price was $3000 and they claimed legal fees and professional photography was included. no legal fees were included and the professional photography was a kid with a smartphone. I then told him about it he argued and got defensive and said too bad. I would definitely not use them.
