    Excellent! I have used them twice, once was at beginning of pandemic. They walk you through each process! We had a hiccup with second sell with our buyers and they helped me through it. And sold it within one week. I can not say enough good things about them. I highly recommend FSBO and their team!

    They were so great to work with, **** especially! I'm an over thinker who asks a million questions and **** never hesitated to take the time to answer everything I threw at him, big and small. We sold our home in I think just 6 weeks and didn't have to pay 7% commission to a realtor. These guys were so friendly, so helpful, so reassuring, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Just following the bouncing red ball to the end, they have a system and it works!

    Transparent and a great value, I recommend to all my friends to explore this option over 3rd party realtors and agents. If you don't mind spending some extra work and time to save thousands of dollars, and have more control of the selling process, go with FSBO.
