      I had 50 floors install their Luxury Vinyl planks in my living room and kitchen mid last year 2021. The floors look good and I was good with it. At the beginning of ************************************************************* my kitchen area. With ***** and everything I did not reach out then (something I regret, I should have contacted the company as soon as I notice the issue) but decided to contact the company last month because I just could not stand the look and feel of what is happening to my floors. I believe after such a short time, I should not have my floors looking like it was installed 10 years ago. There are gaps and the planks are raising at the ends and sides in my kitchen and a few in my living room. I now see that the planks are warping like. I finally got through to a live person on 9/13/2022 after a couple attempts via phone to talk with someone. My report was taken, I received a reference number and I was advised to submit photos which I did the same day. ******* called to say that they received the photos and they will normally get back to me in 1 to 2 business days for a repair. I however did not get any follow up and I tried again, to get *******, eventually getting through to talk with someone on 9/24. ******* did call back on 9/28 and after letting her know that the photos were sent, she acknowledge that they were, she indicated that someone will contact me for a repair. Today is 10/10 and no one has called to indicated what can or will be done. Now I know that I should have read the reviews on BBB first as I am reading reports from others, which sounds exactly like what is happening with my floors now. Is it that I need to pay for new floors after this short period of time? Can someone from 50Floors send someone to address my floor issues please or is this never going to be addressed. Clearly there is something not right with the product? As customers we ask for communication at least. I am down to 2 stars. Help

      I would highly discourage you from using this company. When I hire a company, any company it means i dont want to do the job, I dont have the skill set or the tools needed to complete the job, or I being a disabled person can not physically do the work. I also expect when you quote the job, that it means your work is complete, I shouldnt have to bring in another company to complete you job. These pictures are a completed job I called and complained, a ticket was created, and the crew returned a second time, the photos were taken after the second visit.The *********************** wanted me to sign a form stating all flooring and molding fixed with 3 lines underscoring this.1. New door moldings are now needed because their trim work does not cover the gaps left at the bottom uncovered.2. The cove base used: not adhering to the wall. Did not get a choice in the color, I was told by sales I would have two colors to pick from, this did not happen. I a second room there is an accent wall, no cove base was used at all, on their second trip they brought 8ft of molding for an 11 ft wall? I was told I could buy the cove base molding at AllFloor, this company only sells to contractors and companies not individuals.3. While removing the flooring in this room with the accent wall a section of the wall was removed, never fixed, board was laying on the counter and left there.4. In the kitchen when the job was completed I could no longer fully open my dishwasher door.5. Transition molding from one floor to another: I did not get a choice of what was to be used color, or material. They used metal on one floor and wood on another. I think it looks like ****, should all be the same and I should have a choice, or this should have been pointed out to me during the quote.

      I will never recommend this company. The demolition crew damaged my refrigerator that we have had for only 6 months. I spoke with the manager, ****, and he promised to have the doors replaced. It is now 8 weeks later and we have not heard from them with resolution. In addition, the installers left the place dirty, did not reinstall closet doors, the transitions looked like a 3rd grader did the work, they dumped waste in my yard attracting my dogs to it. Not sure if it is toxic, repeatedly told them to keep the doors to the outside closed only to find the doors left open every time they had to go to their truck. There was absolute disregard and disrespect for the owners property. Took time off work and at the last minute was told the installers were not coming. Terrible communication. None of the workers spoke English which made it difficult to communicate. 50 floor should be ashamed of craftsmanship. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!??????????

      50 Floor just finished replacing every inch of flooring in my home. I like the product, it looks nice, the installers knew what they were doing. However, I have been unable to enjoy the floors due to the overwhelming mess left behind. Since all sawing etc was done in my living room, my entire house is covered in a very thick layer of dust and dirt. I keep trying to conquer it, but it is a total mess. I wish I had known this would happen. Why not cover furniture and kitchen counters with plastic sheeting or ask the homeowner to do that. I wish I had been warned. Also, the need for floor leveling and the extra $1500 was a problem, but at that point there is nothing that can be done but pay it as my old flooring had been removed. Salesperson should warn people of this possibility. I have a picture to show the mess but it won't let me insert it here. I wish I had known..................

      I do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their warranty. Had flooring installed in kitchen and within 6 months corners of the flooring were lifting up. Called 55 Flooring and they sent someone to assess. Their rep said it was due to water damage yet there had been no water events to support what the rep was saying. Mind you the area in question was in the middle of the kitchen. No where near the sink ,washing room which are the only water sources in the kitchen. After going back and forth with them they made repairs and advised that they would NOT repair it again. Ends of the flooring continue to lift. Something definitely wrong with the product installed or the installation itself. There has never an issue with old flooring except normal wear and tear and I wanted it updated.

      50 Floor provides a Gold Star One-Year Installation Warranty which consist of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with standards set by the flooring industry. Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your flooring be required, 50 Floor will return and provide that service at no cost to you for the first year of your floor. This warranty is valid only for original owner-occupied residential installations performed by a 50 Floor authorized independent contractor and will be invalid if the flooring condition is due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism, or alteration.

      While we are very happy to see the original repairs were completed at no cost to you; if there are continuous concerns, we are happy to discuss.

      I have never been so angry at company in my entire life!!!!!!! My husband and I had hired 50floor to come out and refloor our entire forever home in ******, **. We spent ********* to have the house done and the jobs was beautifully done. I did have to move a lot of furniture myself without help do to my husband being a disabled war veteran, which I was okay with that. It was scheduled for 4 days of work, they had it done in 3 days. The person that was over the job had to order a piece of quarter round to go at the bottom of my staircase. I waited a couple weeks no one called about the quarter round and found the piece was never ordered nor was the scheduled appointment acknowledge. So, I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday morning. I was up at **** waiting for that piece to be installed, guess what no one showed up for that appointment so first thing Monday morning there was another phone call to the office to see what happen to our appointment on Saturday (we couldn't get straight answer what happened) so we set another appointment and they did come to fix the issue with the quarter round. Now this is where the BIG ISSUE is with the seasons changing, we had our ** person come out to do a check up on our system like always, matter of fact we just put ******** dollar worth of new duct work at the end of last year. The ** guys went under the house like always and then came in and walked to every room of the house and pulled up the registers out of the floor to look down inside, thats when the large shards of wood and carpet debris down inside of our air vets were found. We sent them bill for ****** and the number of ProAir Solutions to have our air ducts shaken out, that's when I we got a very nasty, and rude call from the ********* office that they would give me ****** and I was to deal with the rest of the bill. PS: we took pictures

      This company is very unprofessional for business due to my experience as of 24 Aug 22. Hire them install flooring, for kitchen, half bathroom,and laundry room. I have lost 6 days in the processing due failure on they part waiting on completion repair for quarter round. This company need due SITREP on they policy/procedures, employees training, customer services, and work ethics. Also, a. for payment pay half up front before starting the project, b. Finally, payment upon completion of the job completed. I spent too much money for this incident should not had happen. Trustwordly, is gone at this point. I have been without doing laundry since they disconnect my appliance by 50 Floor 24 August. This type of treatment is unfair treatment to customer. I am disabled veteran service my country over twenty years in Army. Please Reply, also, well to this site. ...Thank you

      So when I first contacted 50 floor I thought always on local television, pushy, over advertising etc. no I had a quote from a highly professional person, who gave me a quote way below other competitors, then the experience, after accepting, I was amazed the organization, the skill, knowledge, cleanliness was extreme and also the speed, understanding of the installers and logistic specialists. I cannot say enough except true professionals. Please give her them a chance , you will not regret it

      50 floor did not resolve our issue, they over charged and put transition pieces where no transitions should have been placed it was *** on ***, got them to finally come back out and they said they could not do anything about it yet they even had the audacity to bring other colors and different type of flooring that simply did not match the ones put down, also they took our 2 left over boxes that we paid for and will not bring them back to us as they said they would,they are supposed to be an experienced flooring company, However they are quite rude and we feel we were ripped off. Sloppy in my opinion. Buyer beware! There ads are a joke. Bring us our boxes of *** since you obviously do not care. *** attempted many times and was told they would drop them off , never did, floors were put down in May and still waiting for them to fix this problem! Highly disappointed Also the *** scratches!!! Its not supposed to and a guy came out and used an oil to try and cover it up. Did not replace. Lazy

      I would never use 50 Floor again. The installers did not drop any cloth over my carpets, trashing 2 large area rugs and did not even attempt to clean up/ having only a broom. They left dirty prints all over my kitchen walls and baseboards.A closet door in my bathroom will not close without making scratches on the floor since they installed the new flooring.I spent almost 2 hours cleaning after they left and the manager over scheduling installers was less then concerned about this unprofessional behavior.
