50Floor DFW/Arlington Do not do business with 50Floor ******. The office manager **** will harass you when you tell him no repeatedly via ****** voice and email and then question your integrity. I would have gave it a 5 star I'm waiting over a month for a warranty issue I called three times each time they tell me the repair guy should get in touch with me within a day or so that was over a month ago I paid $21,000 that the box store with probably a same warranty and less money and I still got 7 bedrooms and three bathrooms to do . And besides that they told me they have everybody doing the work that works for them and that's not true the first contractor that came to install the rugs it tell me I have to pay for moving the furniture we call 50 floors and they sent someone else over I hope they get back to me this is a small issue50 Floor

This is my first ever review, it's taken almost two years, but the men that put our floors in were very good at there job, given the tools they had. I regret getting these floors every single day. I can't walk around barefoot, because there's so many parts and areas of the floor that are coming apart, and sticking up, it's soooooo ridiculous. I'm so upset, and wish I had never used 50floor. When they came to estimate, the salesman did not communicate that our old floors were glued down, so the men that installed our floors worked there a** off to get them off, with that said, it left alot of holes in our sub floor, they needed some kind of sealant or something to put on our sub floor to even it all out... And since it wasn't communicated to them, they did non have it, so it wasn't used. That was a s*** show in it's self. So they eventually got our floors pulled up, and put in the new floors. I had no idea why that sealant was so important. Until i *******. The floor itself were beautiful, and they did great, it was just the underneath part, that was Not there, from them chipping away our old floors.. So the main walking areas, we had them come back and repair, the one *** said they would have to rip it all out and level the sub floor, but when a different man came, he just did the certain areas.. But that took to long as well, going back and forth, It should not of been this way.. Now two years later, still paying for floors I wish I never installed.. it's like I'm finding a new board sticking up everyday.. It's actually ********..We spent alot of money to not love these floors. I can't imagine what it will be like in another year.. I hate to be so negative, but I wrote this review to help anyone out, and strongly urge you to use anyone else... I'll give it to the salesman, there good, but that's there job. Do don't give in. Please use another flooring company. You'll thank me later.50 Floor

Literally the worst experience. We paid $8,000 for carpet in 4 bedrooms. We told the sales guy we have dogs and teenagers so we bought what he told us was stain proof/resistant carpet. This is not at all the case as weve had the carpet for just over seven months and it already has several stains and we take shoes off, shut doors so dogs cant get in, and we dont eat or drink in bedrooms. Its cheep carpet that holds the stain. The exact opposite of what we were told! We called our salesperson to put in a warranty claim. He sent us to an 800# which is an outsourced group that barely speaks English. Called 3 times now, left messages on voice mails and no return call. Texted the sales guy again and no response. In addition they didnt measure one of the rooms correctly so cut the carpet short by an entire strip. Then they put down a strip of separate carpet leaving an unsightly seam. So unprofessional. We had ordered hard wood for our closets. They kept scheduling installation then canceling because they could not source the materials. According to them! Isnt this a carpet/flooring company? Why cant you source materials youre selling? We want what we were promised. We were told if the carpet stains it will be replaced in the first year! Empty promises and potentially a scam of a company.50 Floor

Do not use 50 Floors. Workers were 2 hours late and now say they can't finish job today. Contract did not account for glued down floors (being removed), nor for the fact that there are no baseboards in closet, so they can't finish with corner round. I had to pay the balance before they started working today. The floor itself, though LV, is cheap and thin. The "underlayment" is plastic sheeting from **********. When i asked for the managers phone number the worker said there isnt one and that he has to call customer service just like everyone else. When i complained to management I was accused of "hovering". I will NEVER use 50 Floors again.50 Floor

Very disappointed in 50Floor 1] 1st visit team here 3 hours and no work done because they realized they did not have enough carpet for loft room and stairs and thought sleep number bed was waterbed. 2) Second visit team installed carpet in loft but still not enough for stairs and left a gap at top of stairs serious tripping hazard. 3) Final visit team installed finally after at least 10 days and me having to track down install date and stairs were done finally. I am happy for the most part with the installs although I see a few seams that I may need checked outmy frustration is with the lack of help from management recognizing the salesmens serious issue in sizing and causing all the delays and not offering compensation. They claim because my original estimate was severely shorted. Hard to believe because I had other estimates with lower prices but I chose 50 floor because of better reviews. Their serious mistake should not cause me so much stress and scheduling multiple days for install without some compensation.50 Floor

So many lies. Deceptive tactics. Always promising me I will get back to you. Thank God I didn't put any money down. Stay away from this company. This salesman told oh we can change your interest rate on the backside. *******. SALESMAN WOULD NOT GET BACK YO ME IN TIMELY FASHION. SOMEONE NEEDS to take them down. Terrible, Terrible, and Terrible! I made a down payment for an installation at the end of January 2025 and scheduled install for early to mid March 2025. At this point, everything was running smoothly. On March 18th, the installers arrived, I showed where the new flooring is to be installed, and all seemed well. However, when the installer begin to measure for the cover type molding to connect where existing carpet ended with a metal strip covering the vinyl, they only had 3 strips about 8 feet long each to connect the new wood-like flooring with the carpet. According to the installer, I needed at 3 more strips. I contacted my 50 Floor Salesperson and he told me that his (salesperson) measurements were correct. However, after my phone call, hours of waiting, I explained to him that 50 Floor either supply the additional strips or refund my money. The sales person texted me that he would contact his management. I called the toll free number on 3/18 and 3/19 and was told no management was available and would call me back. Don't hire this company. Now, the salesperson won't answer. I'm disappointed, however, I'm not giving away nor walking away from my hard earn money. I'm going to every business review site to express my disgust and frustration, and this is just the beginning.50 Floor

My kitchen floor still squeaky, and I was told that they would fix that when they did the floor. I have called and still have not heard from anyone. So my suggestion is don't pay before you have checked and are satisfied with everything.50 Floor

While we do our best to minimize floor noise during installation, we can't always guarantee that existing subfloor issues will be fully resolved.
