Was not impressed with their business tactics. Originally saw their commercial on t.v. and decided to book am appointment online. Two women came the next day to show me samples; they were nice. After showing me an original quote for 17 grand, I let them know that I had been quoted for way less. "Well if we get it down can you sign today". Big red flag, but trusting them and who they represented, they astonishingly took 7 grand off the quote once they got the ok from their boss. I should have known then something was fishy. After reading several other reviews, looks like this is a common practice. I sign an agreement for financing and they went on their way. Well...I had a bad feeling. Started to dig deep and read the reviews. The next day I emailed the owner and requested a cancelation. He may have been offended I canceled over a lesser quote with a local company but I should have never been pressured how I was and not given all the paperwork to go through. Thankfully ***** Fargo came to the rescue to cancel my agreement for the financing. It was only after that that I heard from the local office. Shady practices...beware.50 Floor

Our customers can shop in the comfort of their home and choose the flooring that works best in their homes lighting, paint, furniture,etc. 50 Floor services also include the removal of old flooring and moving customers furniture. We offer price-match guarantee and of course 50 Floors manufacturer and gold star warranties.
While 50 Floor is competitive with pricing, we do also understand that we *** not be the lowest in pricing 100% of the time and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to visit your home.
After looking into your file, we see your contract has been cancelled; however, we understand in our error you received our congratulations letter. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that *** have resulted from our error.

We opted to use 50 Floors to install carpet in our **** Sq ft home. We had storm damage and needed to replace our rug, and our carpet in other home areas had wrinkles. So why not? 50 Floors is not the cheapest, but they sold us on the brand and quality of the product. They even stated they would work with us on our availability, or so we thought. It was not a great experience at all. We had scheduling issues, delays mid-installation, home and property damages, communication failures, quality of product and service. For the price, we paid not worth it! I fear I will be revisiting this again in a year when this wears out.50 Floor

The entire experience with this company was so great. *******, our consultant was so nice and professional and didn't try to pressure us into buying something we couldn't afford. He patiently went through all of the options with us and helped us make a decision that really meets our family's needs. And ***** and his work crew...all I can say is WOW! I have never seen a group of guys work so hard non-stop, sun-up to well after sun-down for two days! Their work is incredible and I can't wait for my holiday company to arrive so I can show off these new floors!50 Floor

Recommend that you do not do business with 50 Floor.... This is what my $20,000 purchase adventure has been with 50 Floor: Purchased tile for main floor and carpet for 2nd floor in a **** sq ft townhome... Tomorrow will be day 11 of our tile installation - 6 more than sales person represented, 4 more than tile installers quoted, and the 50 Floor Installation Manager couldn't care less "it's up to the installers". Not anywhere near done. Needing another 2 - 3 days assuming they could 1) show up, 2) work more than 5 hours a day.Very poor experience due to inadequate controls over subcontractors. 50 Floor *********************** not motivated to help consumers once the sale is complete. Subcontractors do not feel obligated to perform and complete job in stated timeframe, work full days to complete task (less than 5 hours every day), begin work day on time (often more than 2 hours later then their stated start time), announce to consumer they are taking a day off for personal reasons despite job not completed/already days overdue. We've rescheduled other subcontracts twice to accommodate their inability to complete job at out of pocket costs to us. We're unable to recommend 50 Floor due to inability to control subcontractors and misrepresentation of service and performance consumer should expect during installation process. As of this week we have main floor tile not anywhere close to complete - and are trying to manage other contracts around their deficiencies - upstairs carpet arriving on Monday, painters arriving on Wednesday, furniture arriving on Thursday.The 10% more you will spend with other suppliers will be worth it to you. P.S.: Carpet guys were great.50 Floor

I contracted for 6 rooms (most of my home) to be sand and finished with 50 floors. The floors were cupped from humidity but absolutely the most beautiful color (hickory, no stain, just clear) and most loved feature of my new house. I made it clear to the very nice saleswoman, and the installer that I wanted just what I had. The home is only a year and a half old. The workmanship on this job was poor. The floors were not properly prepped/sanded, so the stain (which should not have been applied!) has large areas of gray/darker tint throughout as well as many of the edges. These darker areas make the floors look dirty and aged and uneven, and in one area there is an obvious spill of stain. The installer reviewed the work and said they would resand, but 50 floors still has not given authorization to pay the installer, so here I sit 5 months later with lousy looking floors, down $5500 and 50 floors has been ghosting my phone calls!! All the furniture had to be moved for this project, and one item came up missing. I do not recommend this company. Very disappointed! Gold warranty = nothing. At least for me, so far. Beware.50 Floor

During a Labor Day 2022 promotion of FREE install and $300 off the flooring *** from 50 Floor came to my house and took measurements of my living/dining/kitchen area. 500 sf. I had to sign an order for the material after we agreed on color of the flooring. To my surprise I've got a totally different color of the flooring (ugly dark brown color mixed with light brown planks)...The new installed flooring had missing moldings and there were numerous holes in the walls. Additionally the installers damaged my bathroom vanity, my outside water valve and a trash container. I called **** from 50Floor immediately after seeing the disaster but he didn't want to talk to me because "he was tired" (at 8 pm). He would call me the next day. But he didn't.There were about 8 people texting me, calling me, from 50Floor. I didn't know who was who. Installers or 50Floor? I have received quite a few nasty texts. **** from 50Floor asked me not to text him anymore when I tried to have the problem resolved. I paid $6018. Was is really a free install and $300 off the material for 500 sf? Definitely not.Called ***, left a few messages, never received a reply.50 Floor

Hi, 50 Floor (Hani)We purchased carpet from 50 Floors and the installer, Hani, came out today to install it. He got the job done in 2.5 hours, and what a fantastic job they did. The carpet looks good and it feels good too. When you let people come in your home to do a job, you trust that they will act accordingly to the particular circumstances. **** was very polite and professional. He made sure that I understood why he did certain areas in a way that was fitting and proper.I am very satisfied with the finished work. I'm enjoying my new carpet. Great job ****! NEGLENT. Was advised to lock up my dogs and went home to do so. The Installer said no need to cause they had a puppy at home also. I figured due to a reputable company I believed in them. Needless to say my fur baby got out and was killed by a car.A **** they had no business even opening. Now they wanted me to still pay for the install . Offered a small discount, I refused. Still feel they owe me for the loss of my furbaby. Now on concrete and my baby in an eurn. Extremely cold hearted. Upper manager said I needed to take some responsibility and I had to argue over what the offered. Hope they never get another job here. No compensation for my pup unless I let them do the work. Keep in mind waited 4 months for the flooring then after they let out my furbaby would be two more weeks before they could of installed the floors.50 Floor

Today is the fourth attempt to repair my wood flooring which cost $13,850 (including two small rooms of carpet) after being installed by 50 floor in April. It's been 7 months of dealing with this. The first install had a few small issues and they sent someone out (after waiting another 6 weeks for product) to repair it who made it worse! So that is twice that I had to prepare the room(s) for installation by clearing off all the surfaces and cleaning out bookshelves that had to be moved. Then I had approximately a two month wait for more material. the third install/repair was then scheduled and after I cleaned out the room(s) for the third time it was cancelled minutes before they were due to arrive due to a climate control malfunction in their warehouse! Because I had family coming from Europe to stay with me I had to put everything back in its place because it was all stored in the spare bedroom. I learned from the first install that putting everything in the garage to store it was a mistake because it was covered in a layer of sawdust, not to mention the mess they left behind! I thought it was going to be safe out there. I offered to let them use my garage because it was raining that day and I didn't want to reschedule. The lack of respect for my personal property was unexceptable. Back to what is now the fourth attempt to repair. I was told a supervisor would be here to manage the project. They sent one guy. I have heavy furniture that can not be moved by one man. It cannot be drug across the floor due to possible damage to the legs and probably the FLOOR! I have asked repeatedly for compensation (at least) for the inconvenience and poor workmanship by this company to no avail. Most importantly, I believe they are committing fraud by not breaking down the cost of materials vs. labor. The sale is 60% off materials yet they price everything in an "all inclusive price". I am seeking legal compensation and to possibly file a class action lawsuit against 50 floor!50 Floor
