    Made several orders always I stock fast response on notifications and good quality products. Just wish a choice of shipping carriers, *********** or DHL. packages have gotten stuck at sorting facility for many day pushing the delivery date. This has happened several times.

    When looking for something, TrainZ is one of my first stops. Impressive selection of items to choose from along with reasonable pricing. Having the ability to communicate with TrainZ regarding, product, pricing, purchasing and shipping is fantastic. Like everyone who has done business via the internet, there has been some confusion in description, condition or damage done during shipping. TrainZ has always stepped up to the plate and worked with me to make it correct. Very respectable business with very respectful people to work with.

    Trainz is awesome company. I recommend it highly. Ive done a recent purchase with them and Ive also purchased in the past and its been very very good. Their customer service is also phenomenal because I had a purchase a item I thought was what I wanted but ended up not being it and they had no problem returning the item before they even shipped it out to me.

    Agree with the reviews concerning the preview "special customer" nonsense, a greedy money grab to me. I have had a couple of negative experiences with trainz using stock photos that misrepresented the items condition ( received hacked up packaging and broken loco one time when item pictured was as new). The return was not easy as they insisted on fed ex which is not in my area. Recently i purchased a ****** and was sent the wrong one, they let me keep the wrong one which was nice but the ****** i ordered remained on the site as in stock when i was told it was out of stock. Now the good: I have received a lot of good trains from trainz and I consider them to be a valuable resource and I am glad they are in business, its just hit and miss sometimes, i assume because they are a high volume dealer.

    They shipped a small order in (3) separate packages, and did not send all of the items ordered (for two items, they shipped a quantity of (1), instead of the (4) ordered). When notified of this, their customer service did promptly respond, but only to note that 'they did not have as many in stock as they thought', and refunded the items not sent. They said that they could not get or backorder the missing quantity.While they did resolve the issue by issuing a refund, they should never have shipped a lower quantity in the first place; if all items were not in stock, I would expect a company to reach out with that info, rather than simply shipping the items on hand (while falsely stating that they shipped all), and waiting for the customer to complain.
