    TRAINZ is a top notch outfit. Descriptions of items are very accurate, prices are fair/reasonable, and shipping time/speed is outstanding.Most of the time TRAINZ's prices cannot be beaten. I always check them first for availability and prices of items.

    We apologize for any misunderstanding. To prevent possible fraud, we do request to ship to ***** pickup locations where an ID can be shown for certain purchases. The only delay in shipping was while we waited for the customer to confirm the address he wanted us to ship to.

    Everything was running good on the tracks if you buy new. The orders showed up, everything was tracked, it was good........until I tried the used department, which was a train wreck. I order a N scale box car, seemed like a good price, it showed up with no wheels! What the heck? Why would this company sell junk? and you couldn't tell in the photo, because N scale is small and the bubble wrap was around the bottom of the train car. I sent a complaint to the company, they said the correct product was sent out and that was it. Sure, well ok then. This company should have stated in the product information that it was missing the wheels. This company should not sell items that have missing parts. So I had to find the missing wheels at a hobby shop, now paid twice as much as buying it new. So my advise, is only buy new items from this company and stay away from the used department, cause they don't check on what is missing and they don't seem to care.
