    We've bought many items from Trainz.com. We have never been unhappy or disappointed. The items have multiple photos and detailed descriptions so you always know what you're getting. They also grade the condition using TCA condition standards which helps set expectations. As far as shipping goes, everything I've bought has been promptly shipped, well packaged and arrives in great shape. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend Trainz.com

    I have been dealing with Trainz for quite awhile now. The Service , before and after the sale, is excellent. The Items for sale are always a bargain. I have had gripes about the Shipping costs , but They have adjusted and will now ship as I desire. No problems .

    Easy to deal with. Honest product conditions. ***************** items well packed and they use recyclable packing materials. Two items: 1) high shipping cost -- they always ship ****** even when **** Priority would be cheaper and just as fast and reliable. Several times I have filled my cart with sale items only to walk away because shipping is 25-50% of the total cost. 2) bare bones product descriptions -- many items are shown with only a single photo and a very minimal product description
