    I've bought quite a few things from Trainz.com and I've never had a problem with getting my orders. Everything was as requested, and perfect new condition, and the people have been very helpful to me. Anytime I've had a question, they were very good and getting the answer to me. I don't know what else you could ask for!

    Trainz has reasonable prices and fast shipping. They do a decent job of describing the product.Only thing that bothers me is having to pay taxes on used items.

    Trainz has been my "go to supplier" for all items relating to O gauge trains. Over the years I have purchased a lot of different items from track side accessories, freight and passenger cars to **** engines. If ever I had a problem, it was resolved by contacting customer service and resolving the issue. These folks are one of the best, if not the best place to buy trains and train related supplies.

    Dismal customer service.Ordered locomotive described as G scale using track electricity.What arrived was flimsy and is battery powered.Started return process. Received condescending communication from **** who initially said that I should have known it was battery powered because wheels shown as plastic. That morphed into instruction re return at my expense.Since not disclosed in Trainz initial post as battery operated, I expect free return and credit to card.

    Reasonable prices to very good prices. Good variety. Everything has arrived as described. I had one **** switch arrive that did not work when it arrived but I was quickly refunded full amount and they sent shipping label and cost to return included. Happy with my experiences and multiple times I have bought from them. I recommend based on my experiences so far.
