    Trainz has a great web site that displays its product so that the customer can view what they are purchasing from many angles before purchasing, with the ability to zoom in to examine the product and give detailed descriptions of what is being viewed. The part I purchased works , and I got immediate response when I had questions about it . I will definitely purchase more in the future.

    Very pleased With Trainz.com very wide selection of products from locos, rolling stock, scenery. Pretty much what ever your looking for you model railroad, you can get it here! Orders ship fast are packed well, I will continue to shop at Trainz.

    Trainz has a full selection of the items I am looking for and they are quick to ship once the order is placed. Their customer service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable about the products for each scale. I will be doing business with Trainz in the future!

    Buying something on line always bothers, especially dealing with a business I know nothing about. The first time I ordered, I bought a couple of railroad freight cars. Except for one item, I did get what I expected. The one item was a non-Lionel *** car. It is satisfactory even though it was not up to ******'s quality. So I'll keep it.I will order from this business again.

    I am still unhappy about how Trainz excluded me from a Westside models P10 class SP pacific.. They said I didn't belong to their little CLUB so I missed out for that reason. I was a member or so I thought.. Just where do they get off charging **************** taxes????? The shipping is SO **** EXPENSIVE!!!! Trainz uses FED EX and the last shipment I got from them took 10 DAYS. It didn't help that the package spent 5 DAYS in ********* *******!
