    I have bought many items from Trainz. Only had one issue with an engine and it was addressed immediately. Always find great deals and reasonably priced items. Keep up the great work.

Items are well described and pictured, securely packed, and of the hundreds of items bought, I have only had a couple of issues over the past years which have been resolved quickly.

    They have an extensive inventory of practically everything for the hobbyist. Great customer service, hassle-free returns and competitive prices. They need to test their items, specially those that have propulsion , sound, smoke and/or lights before listing for sale.

    I have bought a lot of engines , and parts.I have noticed the prices have indeed gone up . Alot of the product that you buy is really good , but every now and then some products are bad . Even though the description is pretty much generic, on all of there products. Sometimes you get a jem. that you need to cleanup, and sometimes you get the description.But as far as customer service A1..
