    4.5 out of 5: ****** train cars, track, accessories, repair parts has been what I purchase: fast shipping and well packaged. You just need to know what you want when you order, they have never given useful advice when i ask questions by email. Great website, and like new used stuff can be found for excellent prices. Will continue to buy from, good supplier

    Trainz is a company that specializes in hard to find model train items. Their website is easy to navigate, and they ship quickly. Their order fulfillment is accurate, and if there is a problem, they are quick to correct it. I have used their service many times and will continue to do so in the future.

    When I purchase from Trainz.com I will always get broken pieces in my order. The items are not as described. when they say manuels are included they are not, sometimes it takes a week to get a answer from them when you file a complaint.

    Im a model railroaders, its an expensive hobby, Gone are the days of the neighborhood model train store. Companies like Trainz have stepped in. Yep, theyre local which I support but its a strictly online sales platform.I dont buy all my railroad stuff from them, but ********* with them frequently.Good prices and communication. And its a local business which is always good to support.

    Trainz advertising, marketing, price, fairness and quality are all in the outstanding category. I have been buying *********** War pieces from them and have never had a problem. Likewise, buying from ****** collectors on **** has also been a pleasant experience.Five Star in my book!
