    Did not get what was in advertisement payed a lot for it no real help from customer service they wouldnt even buy it back.Thought this was a replical sight no more business from me.

    We offer a 30-day return policy. The customer notified us 2 months after the purchase. A return with a refund has been approved as a courtesy and a refund will be issued when the item is received.

    **************** recently purchased a beautiful MTH ***************** Y-6b locomotive, vintage ****. Upon arrival it looked to be in excellent condition and after replacing the battery I started it up. Everything worked well except the sound. Having repaired may of my own MTH locomotives, my first guess was a defective speaker. Since this is a simple task, I chose to do it myself and now the locomotive sounds great and is easily pulling 50 ****** cars up a 3% grade on my layout. Trainz refunded me the cost of the speaker and I am very satisfied with their response to the situation. I have purchase other items and have always been glad to have purchased from them.

    *** D ***************** to work with. I have purchased model trains from them for several years now and you always get what you expect in a timely manner. **************** is great and recently I sold my entire N Scale Train Collection, and they gave me a fair price to purchase out right and made the process easy. I would recommend that you do business with them if you are interested in the products that they sell.
