    Terrible customer service. I reached out about a vintage train engine on their website. They had not tested the product and were asking a high price. I tried to asked a few questions about the quality of the train and was told it was sold As Is. I reached out one more time to get more clarification on the product. The response was rude and inconsiderate. I didnt know a lot about vintage trains and was just asking for information. I would not recommend this company. Not helpful. Website and marketing confusing and misleading. Be extra vigilant.

    Great place to shop for hobby needs. I have used them for N, HO, and O scale model railroad items - Great prices, and great customer services. I have had an issue with an item in the past, and their customer service works with you to get a solution. So nice to have a company that offers service after a sale - I will continue to use Trainz dot com for my future model railroad purchases.
