    I have purchased numerous items from them. They are shipped well packaged and shipped promptly. I have never had any problems with the quality of the merchandise it is always in better shape than expected. The Veterans Day percentage discount was great. I really appreciated the discount.

    I receveied a wrong item. I notified the seller (Trainz) and they requested a picture of what was being returned. No problem I sent picture and received my RMA by Email. I wrap the product and sent it back. My refund was credited to my CC and all is Great.Could not have been a better transaction!*************************

    I have ordered from Trainz.com for several years now , I am completely satisfied with all of the purchases I have made there. I was particularly happy with the warranty service they provided on an engine that malfunctioned after I received it. It was sent to them repaired and returned in a very short time frame. I like their discounts and promotions and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

    I sent emails with several photos. I had 3 people respond with a template response(Iris, . Then I had two OTHER people respond to me regarding the inventory of the collection. One told me the collection was too small, the other told me we had a big collection and asked for an inventory list. Clearly this company does NOT communicate well with each other or their customer base. Bottom line-dont expect this companies representatives to lift a finger to make their customer service feel genuine or helpful.
