    Products are as they are advertised at least from all of my purchases. Quick delivery, its the place to buy used ****** train products, aside from a train swap meet I can't think of a better place to buy these items from, swap meets are few and far between especially out in the southwest.

    I have ordered items from TRAINZ for over a couple of decades and consider them to be honest, helpful, very professional and found that their advertised items are described very accurately. Item damaged in the mail are either sent back for repair or replacement at their cost or I repair them at my end with TRAINZ's assistance. I have recommended them many times and would do so without hesitation. They earned the five stars.

    I have placed over twenty orders with Trainz and have never had an problem with them. On one order Fed-ex flowed up and never delivered the order to me and actually shipped the order back to Trainz. A phone call to Trainz and the problem was fixed. It was not their problem but was Fed-ex. Everyone I have talked to has been very nice and knowledgeable. When they told me they needed to fine something out and get back to me they have in a timely manor. I have recommended them to other train folks and they have been pleased with their service too. Good staff and excellent service.

    I have had nothing but great service with this company both in selling and in buying. The only thing I would suggest is that they give pictures from all angles top, bottom, sides and ends of any cars and locomotives they post on the internet. I would also like to add that their return policies are very good.
