  Dont loose your time with this. 2/3 of the reviews are complete and utter FAKES and the other 1/3 you cant reach or are just people browsing.

  I was considering hiring this company. I am no stranger to marketing scams for your money. So I did my research (glad I did) I checked the BBB rating & it was horrible. I was told they had an A+BBB rating (Lie No. 1) I also was told they were not working with any other contractors in the ****** area. (Lie no. 2) That's all I needed to know. Thanks All for the posting of the reviews. They are all correct in my eyes. Good Luck Networx, you'll be needing it!

  This company is nothing more than a scam. ********************* with them, dont even waste your time talking to them. They create fake leads and charge you for them. They do occasionally send out a real lead but, its only about 10% of the time. They also find leads elsewhere, send them to you and charge you. I had a gentleman get very upset with me for having his info, stating he never filled out any form. When I contacted Networx they said it was beyond their control. I requested to cancel my account and get a refund. Weeks and several emails later I got a phone call and was told no refunds, EVEN THE UNUSED PORTION OF MY ACCOUNT! I wish I had checked with BBB first.

  Very Poor Relations I've been with Networx Pro off and on since 2019 with reasonable results, until recently. I've made request for credit on a canceled project from a person who didn't own the property and had no authority to do any work at the time of request. I've recieved several bogus leads over the time but recently they've refused to credit canceled request and want to argue about leads where no one answers multiple calls over a period of days. I truly believe they've created these **** calls to fleece contractors of fees in a declining economy and service calls from potential clients. Over all networx give very little attention to their contractor clients. Like moste they have an online app for customers, theres absolutely no interactions with clients and the questionaire is severly lacking for verification of customers authority to initiate a project. Yet they will charge you for a lead where the requesting party has no authority and refuse credit when the project cant be completed. This has happened more than once. the reviews on **********.com are some of the worst I've seen, but not uncommon from those about Angies, and others. Theres very little concern for contrators suggestions to improve the relationship between contractors and Networx site management. Very simple request to improve the page go unanswered. Requests to speak to management go unanswered. Account canceled

  Hi *****, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback, even feedback that is not always positive to hear but certainly needed for creating changes within the product and customer experience. It is concerning that some of the lead quality issues you described are resulting in a denial for creidt. If someone is not authorized to hire for a project it is certainly within our polic to credit. We will investifate this further to understand why this was being communicated to you. We strive to show every customer that our relationship with each other is more than just sending you leads for your business. It's clear we failed to do that effectively and for this, apologize.

  Unfortunately I ended my relationship with Networx due to the interaction I had with *******************************. **** seems to think I worked for Networx and how I handled my money was his business. When I explained the issue I was having, **** took the position that my receiving the lead was sufficient for the charges whether I spoke to the customer or not. Even though the lead charges were refunded ******************************* attitude was combative and confrontational. Asking how much money I made in the very short time with Networx. Sorry but thats none of his business. I pay Networx for a service. Providing me with legitimate leads for my profession. I Do Not work for Networx **** seems to think He was my boss and that I answered to him. I dont deal with such disrespect from anyone. and networx is not the only game in town. **** just made sure i will like not do business with Networx again for sometime.

  Awesome leads great customer ****************************** s a great company to work with. No lead generation company is going to be 100% perfect. However after giving the service some time and patience. I realize that my monthly estimate intake doubled within a decent amount of time.

  SCAMMMM COMPANY DO NOT GO WITH THEM! THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY. Scam leads all THE EXACT SAME LEADS... they must be running ads or doing something. They WILL NOT refund our money and NO supervisor will call me....No one will answer my emails. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

  This is the worst lead generating company Ive ever used and that includes ***** and Home Advisor. Not only do they not get you business and steal your money by sending you non existent leads their sales reps are incredibly obnoxious and relentless. Ive asked multiple times to be taken off of their call list, but I keep getting calls. I wasnt going to leave a bad review until they continued incessantly calling me to try and get me to sign back up and waste thousands of more dollars. I dont know understand how they are still in business.

  I have read a lot of the other reviews and complaints in regards to NETWORX.COM I have experienced the same similar type situations that the other companies describe about NETWORX.COM They have rude customer service Representatives promising you this and that to turn around and deny or make excuses. My experience has not been a great one overall to say the least. I am far from satisfied. I asked to receive my money back on my credit card for my ************** with them and they refused they said I had to use the rest of my money as credit for future leads which I do not desire any longer. I plan to contact my bank about NETWORX.COM so that they can use their influence to obtain my money back. I hope the other persons that have had this type of experience with NETWORX.COM company are able to resolve their issues and get their refunds as well. It's just not worth the time money and energy to deal with this company. I highly do not recommend.

  This company harvest their leaves from ******************* and other class of five sessions online and tries to sell them to the contractors which are garbage leads. Contacted this company regarding the situation and ultimately they told me that they would only give me company credit towards my leads. So I had them shut down my account after two days of no leaves I went ahead and my credit card company reversed payment. This company has a horrible business strategy I do not recommend doing business with these people at all cost avoid them

  We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. While we do have some ******** advertising, we only focus on intent-driven searches and ads. We do not actively use ********** to generate leads. We only had a few days to work with this client and take full accountability for any bad leads that were received, and they were all credited back. We wish you the best of luck.

  I gave this company ample opportunity to reach out to me and correct these parameters. My account manager never reached out to us for the entirety of the week that we were working with Networx. Networx really has dropped the ball when it comes to client satisfaction. I only wanted the best outcome but they couldnt even deliver a minimal response of leads. I still have not received any correspondence from networks except for trying to get me back on board for their service. I gave them the opportunity to match my contribution towards their program since they felt so confident in their program yet they did not want to match my contribution . The manager told me that that was absolutely ludicrous that I wanted them to match my contribution. This company is not recommended .

  I searched on ****** for a local handyman company in my area and found one with good reviews called ***** ******** *****. When I called, I asked if this was ***** ******** and the phone rep said it was. After taking down my information she informed me that I would receive a call back to schedule to work. I immediately started getting bombed with phone calls and texts from companies saying they were replying to my Networx, Angies List, and HomeAdvisor inquiry. When I did more research on ***** ******** *****, I found they were not a real company, but the listed phone number was to a Networx phone line. I never agreed to have my contact information blasted out like this. I even drove by the address listed for ***** ******** ***** and of course theres no such business at the address, what a surprise.
