In all my years of working with different lead gen ******* nobody comes even close how pathetic and unprofessional this company is. I was solicited from a rep a couple months ago and agreed to give them a shot for only $250. Leads immediately started coming in but with one big problemthey were in ******** and Im in ****. I actually laughed with a rep about this at first and was promised it would be corrected. Well here we are over two months later and nothing is fixed and Ive been told they will not refund anything because I didnt make them aware of the issue. Im not sure how many attempts I made but it was no less than ***** texts, calls, and emails and no help. I still had someone who would reach out to me and ask if Id like to add to my budget and after I would explain the situation they disappeared. Today was the final straw after I was told they wouldnt refund my money and they have no record of me ever contacting anyone with these issues. What an absolute disgrace that people like this are allowed to do this to business owners. I feel horrible for others who invested more and have no way to recover the funds.Networx Systems, Inc.

I will not give them a one because I havent tried their service. I keep receiving phone calls from their sales team. When I tend to try to explain to them that I am not ready to sign with them at the moment, the men continue to harass me and belittle me about my situation. I dont know if it would work or not because I have been reading mixed reviews also I am not ready at the moment. please ********************** and your time with this company. They are literally a scam. I tried them for a month. NOT EVEN 1 GOOD LEAD we got from them and we I called to cancel the subscription the woman that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY NASTY AND RUDE. She was trying to make me feel that is my fault that the fake leads they sent don't answer the phone. on top of that SHE HUNG UP on me.. like WTF???? I sincerely regret the decision to go with this company. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUT MONEY!!!!!!!!!Networx Systems, Inc.

Yeah.. its more geared towards taking and keeping your money. Its great when you land a few jobs through them when its warm out. But not so great when its slow and they randomly pull 75% of the funds you have in your account. And only offer a bunch of policys they have in response. Its funny I had 2 leads charged out of my account the first one I call and when I asked him if he was looking to get an estimate he responds yes but Im in *****. Like I didnt even mention it but he knew that I wouldnt be able to give *********** right away, strange right? Btw I live in Washington. Weird right? Like a normal grown man probably wouldnt type in a area code with 4 of the numbers being incorrect right? In short, theyre sending fake or recycled leads through when the season gets slow. And thats not okay. Your taking food off of hard working peoples tables. Thats stealing. And you know this goes on. And you repeatedly get on here and offer this robotic emotionless response. As I indicated, we welcome reviews such as yours so that we can take a deeper look at our service and make adjustments or improvements. In reviewing your account, we found issues with the last 2 leads you received, we refunded those and refunded some other funds that we both agreed upon. We discussed how to set reminders to ensure that you are aware of your billing date and some slight tweaks to your member page which will allow customers to get a better view of your company and the type of work you do. It's a scam been with them 5 yrs and most of the time I kept my account paused, they have gotten extremely worse in the last two yrs. The majority of the leads (about 85 to 95%) are unresponsive or uncertain and will waste your money and your time. I've recently found out that they themselves get their leads from a third party source meaning that whenever I did reach some homeowners they never heard of Networxs and put an inquiry online. They sale these bogus leads to three different people this is a scam don't use themNetworx Systems, Inc.

Unprofessional the guy tell me after going back and forth that, you don't have any money lol. But this company charges for leads you don't even get a response from. I told them about another company that did the same thing, they was charging me for leads that I wasn't even getting after they send it to multiple companies. They admit they sent it to 3 other companies and I took too long to respond but I still got charged for it so I canceled the service right away after 4 days. 8 leads with 2, out of the scope of work I do, so i didn't call, 1 that i set an appointment with, three didn't need my service and two that didn't even pickup and $303 they trying to charge me. I guess I wouldn't have any money if I'm paying a company to rob me.Networx Systems, Inc.

If you received any potentially bad leads we are happy to investigate them and credit them accordingly. I'm not big on pointing out people downfalls, but this place isn't right. Charge you for fake leads that don't call back or answer. Charge $60-70 per lead they send you and tell you if you don't call twice and text, they won't credit leads. Here is there credit policy : The following situations are accounted for in our lead pricing and are therefore not eligible for lead credits:Consumer already found someone to complete the work.Consumer changed their mind.Consumer is just "shopping".You did not win the job.You contact us more than ******************************************************* ****** terms. Send us your money and if we feel good today we might credit you for a fake lead...Networx Systems, Inc.

I've been charged for leads I never reviewed and besides one person who does there job I get the run around alot of the leads are not real leads they just told me because I'm not prepay I won't get the same good leads and when I mention some ppl live in apartments and don't need service they will still make you pay for those leadsReview fromGL C.

This company stole $3+k from me, be careful with this company, they give you fake leads and charge your account without consent, worst experience ever, I file a compliant already for this matter, real thieves!!!
